Had a few colf pizzas that took from 40 minutes to 49 minutes to get to me, 2.3 miles from location. That irritates me. So now I have to call the location and ask how busy they are before I'll order online.
I'm a rehab facility with my only arm incapacitated and they are great at cutting the pizza in smaller pieces to make it easier for me to eat.
At a visit t $11 to $13 visit for delivery and tip, I would like to think I could get hair service from 3 miles away
I order once a week as I didn't eat the cold food they deliver here to my room, plus to get fed, takes an hour of staring at your tray before helping arrives. My food intake is potato chips and milk for lunch n dinner. For the last 47 days. M here till end of month and will order more, just have to call to assure timely delivery..

PERFECT SERVICE!!!
I order from this store tonight for carry out, and honestly, it was 10/10 all the way through! The guy that made my pizza (Alberto) was by himself, and I had a rather large order, he made it ✨PERFECT✨!! It was hot, fresh, and exactly as I expected. He was so nice in the phone when I called to tell him how awesome he is and how much I appreciate him making sure my order was fulfilled not just correctly, but quickly WHILE ALONE during dinner time. This mans deserves a raise.

Vinny is not very friendly each time my friend goes inside to pick up pizza. I understand they are understaffed and busy—I used to work at Dominos myself. But what really made me mad was that my pizza has zero trace of ANY sauce. No sauce to me is an inedible pizza. How does that even happen? Who made it? Vinny. We could see her do it as we waited in the car (plus that’s what the app said). Plentiful on the toppings but why and how do you forget to put sauce on a pizza? And no, the order wasn’t under my name but I did pay for it. I believe she’s the GM as well… It really wasn’t even pizza anymore. Stiff cheese-bread

Came in 11:26 close time is 12 I eat here at this one a lot and have given it a 5 star till now. I was told no more pizza as I see orders coming in. I get being tired. But the job is done when the job is done

Ordered pizza...never got it even though email says it was delivered. Try to call the store for over an hour...no one answers the phone. Cash was still sitting on my porch for the driver's tip. And my bank account was charged. Customer service is a joke.

I placed an order and tried to call the store and have it cancelled. They never answered, even after calling more than once it never got picked up. On top of that; they ignored my request to not ring the doorbell. Please make an effort to respect requests for orders or at the very least answer the phone in your restaurants. Will not order from here again.

07/07/24 - Had ordered Philly cheese steak sandwich and (meat) Cheese Stuffed pizza. Both the sandwich and stuffed pizza were a little too much done, overcooked. Your Philly Cheese got shrunk (like Honey I shrunk the Sandwich) and pepperoni cheese stuffed pizza was not too exciting either. Yes, it was fresh, crisp but not too exciting. However, ordering in advance I was able to save some money ($2 to be precise), which is good as I added 2 for 20oz for $2.99 as I picked my order.

06/23/24 - Ordered a take out pizza. The cashier took the order but never gave a receipt as she got on the phone to get another order. At the time of ordering, she had mentioned there's a 20% discount going on but not sure if that was ever applied.
Domino's by far continue to have good pizza quality. I ordered Medium Split Pizza, half cheese and half veggie. I liked cheese better than the veggie but veggie was good too.

Vegetarian options: Veggie Pizza

Dietary restrictions: Halal options. Limited though. Just plain and Veggie option.

Tried to order online really frustrated with all the upsells that they keep trying to cram down your throat. Ended up walking into the store to try and get some help on corrections they helped us out without any complaint. What's crazy we get a call from them saying that we had given them a two star rating that's completely false they went up and beyond trying to help us. We even explained to them upon arrival that we were just a few doors down and by the time we got there they were almost done with our pizza.
Not fond of Domino's app. This story is very efficient and fast.

Worst take-out curbside pickup experience. They do not care even if you arrive and check-in. If everytime I have to leave my car and walk in the store for pickup then what is the use of giving option for curbside pickup?

This is the worst Domino’s franchise by far. Period. Too much oil, less toppings than other Domino’s, over cooked and dry crust. OMG. The only reason why I order here is that it next yo my apartment. The worst ever domino’s. Staff are not well trained or the franchise owner is too stingy.
