Yesterday March 27th, 2024, I had stopped by to get a Caesar Salad topped with salmon. And the salmon was left completely uncooked. I had already eaten a lot of it before realizing because I was so hungry, I immediately began to throw up. I called the store and asked to speak with a Manager and was told there wasn’t one on site. So I asked if I could just receive a refund, all they were wanting to offer was an apology, until I INSISTED that I would be coming in for a refund. even though she told me that she could not issue a refund. When I went in and explained what had happened, one of the workers there was looking for the transaction and couldn’t find it. so he decided to give me $14 didn’t offer anything else. Also my total was $14.06. Which made me even more upset but my stomach was hurting so bad I just wanted to go home. Just be careful and pay attention to your food or you could possibly end up in the hospital or worse!

This place is super small and does not accommodate large parties well at all.They took a reservation for a party of 8, but didn't have the table space to make that a comfortable sitting.They put together 3 round high tables. They should have been upfront at the time of booking that their space cannot comfortably seat that size party when the one space that can is occupied.The initial server we got had a nasty cough and at one point he coughed into his hand. I politely asked him to be sure to wash his hands before bringing any of our items. He got offended and said "I've been doing this for 25 years, I know how to do my job." I responded that it didn't matter to me how long he'd been doing this but that I wanted to make sure he remembered to wash his hands. He wanted to go back and forth after that to which I said "I'm not going to argue or back and forth with you." He ended up sending someone else over to finish up for the night and that person had much better table manners.The food was mediocre. They are more of a place to get a drink, not for great food.The music choice was....different and didn't match and Eeb & Flow name.
