There is no greeting at all when we walk in on a Sunday night. When we were ready to order, I walked up to the counter and the young man was just looking at me and then down at the register, not a may I help you or anything so I said we are ready to order. He was mumbling so I had to ask him to repeat himself often. I ordered mac n cheese and I said no bacon but it had bacon in it and was charged $1.00 extra for it. I took most of the bacon off and was not going to argue about the dollar but it is just average mac n cheese and way overpriced. The lady who bought us the food was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The subs were pretty good but for a large combo and a small combo it was $33. That is extremely pricey. We probably will not return.

Great sandwich and excellent friendly staff! We went for dinner 8/7/23 had the Veggie sandwich, chips & a drink. Probably the most delicious sandwich I have had in a long time. Very hearty and filling with fresh ingredients! Great value and the place was spotless ;) Did I mention the staff? Greeted us with a smile and everyone else that came in after us! Highly recommend!!

On 06/21/23: my husband is sick and wanted a sandwich from here. I arrived at 10:15 am and waited patiently for the store to open at 10:30am like it says right now the door, but the women working, didn’t unlock the door until 10:49 am, 19 minutes after they were supposed to open PER THEIR OWN POLICY. By this point, there is another customer outside waiting to be let in. Then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my food after being ignored by the staff.TO MANAGEMENT: Change your hours of operation please. Do not ignore your companies policies and leave people like me out to dry. I will never come back here. So frustrating.

I arrived at 10:15 am and waited patiently for the store to open at 10:30am like it says right now the door, but the women working, didn't unlock the door until 10:49 am, 19 minutes after they were supposed to open PER THEIR OWN POLICY. By this point, there is another customer outside waiting to be let in. Then, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my food. I was late to work. TO MANAGEMENT: Change your hours of operation please. Do not ignore your companies policies and leave people like me out to dry. I will never come back here. So frustrating.

1. the team is great, courteous and professional2. sandwiches always look great3. Jamaican J*** Turkey - to die for. An absolute flavor explosion in your mouth that is unmatched. This was so good, I went back 3 times in one week. Tried it on wheat first, then white and decided I love it on white, it is still amazing on wheat.4. the brownies and cookies are amazing as well.5. The chili is nice, have not had the soup or salad.I am a convert. Was a die hard subway and jimmy johns, love firehouse now.Parking: shopping center parking - plenty
