I just left after waiting 20 minutes for my food only to realize that I don't have the sides I paid for. I asked to get credit for the missing items and was told no. You forgot my sides and now I have to go all the way back to get them? Keep them, I'll take my money elsewhere.

I always go to this golden chicken but today I ordered 2 6 piece wicked wings I got 3 tenders and 3 wings in my order the other order was correct the lady that always work the window with the glasses was saying she don’t wanna be at work no hair nets was on cause I paid for ranch and didn’t get it so I had to go on the inside they was out of rolls and root beer you have to know who you serving I’m so disappointed in the crew tonight

Me and my family eat here all the time...Update:You all may need to check out you all establishment on keist Blvd...You have the wrong Managers working for your company.Wonderful companies like yours need to be very careful of the people you Hire they also represent your Company and The managers there are ruining that establishment being mean,rude,and power hungry.They should not be addressing the employees under them like they do especially in front of customer's.Its very unprofessional and uncalled for.

Went thru drive thru. Was not busy. Was almost 45 mins til closing...and my food was hot and fresh. Great price...4 pcs fish 2 veggies and roll $14.99. Staff was o.k. I really don't expect that much any more via service, lol.

EDIT: AFTER POSTING MY EXPERIENCE SOMEONE REACHED OUT AND CORRECTED THE SITUATION. KUDOS TO MS.DIAMOND AND MS.MEME!! THEY WERE VERY NICE AND HANDLED THE SITUATION WELL. ILL GIVE 5 STARS TO THEM !!!!!Receipt was kept by cashier because amount was put in incorrectly. Ordered 1 Wicked Chicken Meal w/fries and big red and 1Wicked Chicken without meal. Total came to 14.05 amount given to cashier was 20.05. Cashier made a mistake and manager (a guy) came to correct the order. That was fine but the food received was terrible. I don't live in the neighborhood to come back once I make it home. The fries were cold /old qand the chicken was old not freshly made for money spent. Terrible experience and I wouldn't feed that to my dog. It couldn't even be rewarmed up cause it wasn't fresh to start. It would be nice for someone to look into this situation. I will forever check my bags in a rush or not. No one should feed someone paying hard earned money old food and think it is ok. I can imagine how many others received low quality food that night from somebody who obviously do not care what they serve

I went to the one on kest ask for 3 thighs roasted chicken she gave me 3 breasts she must not know the parts of the chicken and she didn't tell me there was no dark meat in the roasted flavor want be going
