We wanted to have a quick lunch and we paid for a take out calzone. There was not a soul in the shop and we were like “okay, this should come out quickly.” The cashier quoted us 15 min. After a grueling 44 min wait, the pizza was handed to us. No sorry, no apology from anyone. It is messed up and we love their pizzas. I think this location is notorious with timing and our deliveries also arrived late in the past.

I ordered delivery and I must say, the sauce, the toppings and the crust were all perfect. I loved the smoky flavor the pizza had. I’ll absolutely be back for more!

Best pizza I've had outside of NY. Not great, but an okay runner up.

Slowest pizzas ever… I wish I did not give a tip which was absolutely not

Their operations are not set up to handle the volume of customers they receive. There is usually only ONE cashier who is responsible for pretty much everything except making the pizza. They really need a separate person who exclusively handles the to-go orders. It is hard to relax and eat in their location because it is tiny, and there is so much going on all the time. I personally feel that their pizzas are expensive, greasy and overrated. If you plan on ordering pizza for delivery, I suggest ordering from somewhere else because of their extremely long wait times, especially on the weekends.

Good pizza but consistently poor experience whether you are picking Pizza up or getting it delivered. They are always incredibly late. They have now outsourced to using Uber versus their own delivery drivers...even when you order from their app and website so it gives them an excuse to blame Uber why your pizza is late instead of themselves. At this point I am now done ordering regardless of how good the pizza is it always arrives cold or I pick it up and it's never ready less than 30 minutes past when I was told it would be ready

The pizza was subpar. Did not live up to the hype in the reviews. Got the vegan pizza. Barely any veggies put on the pizza. Basically ate marinara bread. Highly disappointed. Also i appreciate being able to see the guys make the pizza in front, however, one guy kept sniffing and wiping his nose over the food he was preparing. Highly disgusted. 4 out of 10.

TODAY I went to gapco because me and my wife were hungry, I came in and i ordered a 16 inch buffalo pizza. Tell me why I waited an hour and a half for my damn pizza, not even that but I had to ask them not once not twice but four times !! If my pizza was getting made already, I get that it was busy but people that came in later than us got their pizza within 15 minutes. This service was outrageous for me, and the fact it was my first time being there… never again, do better GAPCO!!!

We ordered two different pizzas and were charged full price for both and never got any pizza. We raised it to those who were working and they didn’t care. We waited two hours for nothing!!

Really sad we lost the Richardson location, but GAPCO is worth a visit even if it's not in the neighborhood.

DO NOT RECOMMEND they are usually slow with the pizzas over 20 minutes at least. They advertise that you get between 17 and $19 an hour but you only get 15 with tips. I recommend applying somewhere the cheapest pizza ISN'T an $18 and they'll actually give you a chance in the interview process.

Terrible staff with terrible service. I wouldn't know how the food was cuz I never got a pizza. Waiting around a couple hours for it and when I voice my complaints they stacked up a big fat security guard on me in a threatening manner. And 40 bucks for a pizza is outrageous.
