UPDATE: It's even less helpful when the owner provides a website to report the issue that doesn't work.SERIOUSLY DO BETTEREvery time I order egg rolls from this jack in the box, it put in the notes to add the sweet and sour sauce. I never get it. It's been 15 times in the last few months that again no sweet and sour sauce. The egg rolls aren't great on their own so I just throw them out. It's a ridiculous that I have to physically be at this restaurant to get the condiments that come with the food. I tried to call today and ask what else do I need to do if I'm getting delivery to get the sweet and sour sauce and they've hooked their line to the fax machine. So they don't even bother answering. It's bad customer service. If I had a vehicle I would just go get it myself but if you offer delivery, I shouldn't have to.

I arrived at the location:6355 E Mockingbird LnDallas Texas 75214 at approximately 10:48pm. The male Hispanic at the drive through window was impatient, rushing, kept saying "WHAT ELSE", breathing heavy when I asked questions about items on the menu, breathing heavy when I asked for my total balance due, answered very rude when I asked if they sell lemonade. He acted as if he didn't want to be at work or didn't appreciate the fact that he even has a job. I work very hard 6 days a week making honest money to be able to spend it wherever I want to. I don't appreciate spending my money with a company that has employees treating me as if I'm an inconvenience to them. This needs to be addressed immediately.

This is my least favorite Jack in the Box location. The service is super inconsistent as are the hours.
I ordered via the app on Sunday 12/3 at the wrong store so I contacted this store the manager advised she voided the transaction but it settled as a charge on my account now I can't reach anyone. Mind u I had to walk through their drive thru the week prior to get my order at six thirty in the evening because they locked the lobby for unknown reasons

A pretty good place to eat during my lunch breaks. Atmosphere is nice. Brought my portable game console with me 1 day and ended up playing a few games while waiting for my food. Good experience will do again.
