Terrible experience. Stupid long line for no reason. I placed a mobile order, said dining room open. It was not. So I had to sit in line for no reason and waste about 20 minutes waiting for a snack. Never coming back to this location and I suggest you avoid it.

2 pm in the afternoon on a Sunday and the dining room is closed ?! When literally it says dining room is open until 9 pm . The employees just stare at you through the window and then look away.

The staff is just lazy at 3:00 am. They say the system is down and only online orders then you place the order and try to pickup and they give you attitude.

I ordered a large coffee but when I got to the window, Bryan apologized and said he didn't know they were out of large cups. He offered a great solution and gave me 2 smalls, instead of just telling me no, or me having to go to McD across the street. Give Bryan a promotion bc he is great with customers and even made my issue a pleasant experience. 5 stars for Bryan!Glo Vader

I won't lie...I Honestly thought I was waiting in The Drive-thru at Whataburger, because it was Sooo Freakin Long. LOL!!! It was only Three cars in front of Me, but each car took FOREVER. But once I got to The Window, I saw The African-American Lady Manager & she was SOOO EXCITED & HAPPY!!! Theway she said 'Nattie,' just made Me Smile!!! She was Training a New Hire at the register & He seemed to Relax more once He saw How she responded with Me. I Honestly Hope I made Their Night just as much as they made Mine!!! Keep doing what Yall are doing here at The Fitzhugh & 75 Jack-in-the-Box!!!

Worst costumer service. Guy at the window tries to talk to us like we dumb. Tell me “I GOT IT” or trying to rush me. He is the only one with an attitude at the store. He even asked me if I wanted hot sauce and said yes, gave me my bag asked him if the hot sauce was inside he said. I got home and guess what….. no hot sauce….. how can you ask someone if they want something and still don’t give it to them.

Oreo Shake was great, and mini pancakes were exceptionally good. The hashbrowns were really awesome as well. However, my sister ordered a bacon cheeseburger that was awful. So, as long as you stick to the breakfast menu, you should have decent luck here.

EVERY TIME I visit this establishment I receive the worst service ever.. I placed a mobile order for counter pick up.. arrived.. and the doors were locked… and the employees waved no to me.. even though it was the middle of the day. This morning is where I draw the line. I am an already busy person.. and pre planned last night to grab breakfast early since they are 24 hour drive through.. I arrived at 5:55am at the order box and was completely ignored for 10 min… there were 2 vehicles parking in the employee parking with the open sign on.. so I drove to the window thinking maybe there is a speaker box issue.. I sit there for 20 min waiting for someone to come take my order.. a lady finally rounds the corner in regular clothes.. grabs 2 bags ignores me and walks off.. no one ever comes back. So I honk.. no one comes… so I drove across the st and gave McDonald’s my business.. as I was driving back by to go home… employees were now in the parking lot chilling… why open the restaurant.. if no one is going to service you.

Went through the line the lady was rude looked at my order it was wrong I want bacon croissant and got sausage when i went back through she handed me a bag with 2 supreme that were squished and cold but i was already running late didn't have time to go through again and she didn't even apologize for the mistake just handed them and walked off
