We didn't do the arcade stuff or the racetrack, but the food was amazing and so was the service! The guy that helped us, Alexis, was so kind and patient (there were 7 of us). I accidentally ordered the wrong thing for one of my kids and he insisted on giving them what they wanted, in the kindest possible way, then I refused to let us pay for it bc of the delay, even though it was my mistake. Would definitely come back next time we're in town!!! We

I hope what I experienced tonight wasn't the norm. The wait for our food was so long we asked for our money back before we received it. Two ladies had been waiting for two hours for their food. God help the cook! Chili's was delicious a few miles down the road. UPDATE! The General Manager of this store immediately contacted me. He too saw the restaurant was understaffed that night and is/has made adjustments to fix the issues. I still hope that cook got some extra love, he earned...read full review

The waitress was very rude when I brought a broken glass straw holder from the table she sat me at (being a mom all I could think was a kid sitting there after me and getting hurt) she rolled her eyes and brushed me off. Was very short with me when I ordered and asked for any chance to typical menu item and was pretty snippy.
