Came here for a small treat Macaron ice cream was good however they gave me a broken macaron it was a bit upsetting. Customer service is ok fast in and out. Recommend it just wish I hadn't received a broken macaron.

I normally bu macaroons from the bishop arts location. This locations macarons are hard and dry! Aka OLD don’t come here they are expensive and old I bought the 12pc for $27 and I didn’t even eat them I threw them away…. What a waste!

The employee who helped us wasn't super welcoming, but he named all the flavors for us & gave us our items quickly. The atmosphere was cool. I really loved the macaron ice cream sandwiches, sooo good & such a nice, small bite.

To start it off, my wife is a massive macaron fan so we made it a priority to find a great macaron place while in town. Upon looking on the outside, JOY Macarons has a welcoming entrance amongst other storefronts next to it. After walking in, we were met by a wonderful man (apologies as I don't remember his name) who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the macarons offered along with those not on the menu. We ordered a dozen macarons, including: pistachio, pumpkin cheesecake, and chocolate. Not only that, but they had macaron ice cream sandwiches, in which we got the cookies n crème and the cereal one. The ice cream sandwiches were absolutely amazing, keeping the perfect texture of the macaron intact while mixing in the ice cream (all of which kept cold as if they were still in the freezer!). Their regular macarons kept the perfect texture of crunch and softness while packing a wonderful flavor that's out of this world! It is no surprise that they've been around for almost 10yrs now! Thank you, JOY, for being so nice and offering wonderful macarons that we'll definitely order once back home in Houston!

The lady there was super nice she let me try multiple samples of flavors because I didn't know what they taste like yet and she gave me a little bit of a discount because I was broke at the moment but definitely would recommend the the macaroons are so so good definitely a little treat for when you're getting something not too sweet would definitely recommend going to!

Joy is located in a very central accessible part of Clear Fork. Parking is easy (and free).The shop has a wide selection of freshly made macaroons, ice cream, and macaroon ice cream sandwiches. You can buy individual macaroons or treat yourself to a self-selected box of 6, 12, 24, and more!There is very limited seating inside for you to stay and eat, however most take their items to-go as they walk around the area.I love the honey lavender macaroons and my friends enjoyed the fruit loops macaroon ice cream sandwich. A great treat to escape the heat for the entire family (they even have a few diary free options)!

I got the cookies & cream ice cream sandwich and it was so good! The macaroon with the ice cream just melts in your mouth! It’s a nice place to stop when you’re walking down Greenville! :)
We really enJOY this place! ? These macaron ice cream sandwiches are to die for. The store is clean and staff is friendly. Lavender is my favorite ? first time we had one was at Liberty Burger and we instantly googled where to find them ANYTIME….this cute little store in the charming Greenville district of Dallas does not disappoint. We will continue to find excuses to come over here and treat ourselves to JOY! ???

The macaroons come in a wide variety of flavors and are very tasty. My grandson especially enjoys their ice cream sandwiches, most notably the milk and cereal flavor. They offer a rewards program as well. It is the perfect place to get a special treat for someone special or yourself!

As someone who is a fan of the occasional gourmet macaron, I can safely say JOY could make me a more frequent indulger. The bright, bubbly appearance of the store and the fact that they also make ice cream macaron sandwiches might give you the impression that they're more about trends and less about tradition, but let me tell you - their macarons are top notch. I opted for traditional flavors like vanilla, chocolate, and pistachio, but also tried their seasonal flavor which was a bananas foster. I followed their instructions to keep them in the fridge then bring to room temperature before enjoying, and that kept them perfect until I ate them all in a couple days. The macaron cookies are wonderfully dense with that perfect smooth shell. I savored each bite!

These macaroons were mediocre but the lavender was so strong, it was hard to eat. It was expensive for 6 and they were extremely tiny. I would not recommend if you love macaroons like I do.
