Overall, I thought this restaurant was pretty good... as far as Tex-Mex goes, it's tasty, but not necessarily one of the best. I went to a large family dinner at this location, and I'll have to say, the menu selection was pretty outstanding as well as how quickly and accurately the food arrived! Most of the employees seemed extremely kind, our waitress however, appeared to be somewhat annoyed and it showed. Service was quick and friendly. I had the brisket tacos which were excellent. Matt's fries as an appetizer were lacking. Maybe a little pricey for the food but it was very good overall.

Visited this east Dallas, Lakewood establishment for lunch and was less than impressed. Service, was good, however the lunch menu was very limited and most noticeable was the quality of the food. I've visited many times in the past ten plus years and this was the first time I was underwhelmed and noticed that the food was just okay. Too many other Tex Mex restaurants to choose from that try much harder. Unfortunate!
