We reserved an area for my family to celebrate a family member, the waiters were very late, they did not bring what you requested and they took too long (more than 45 minutes) to bring your starter or your drink, a female waitress argued with my sister and threw her drink at her. plate of food after my sister told her that more than an hour had already passed and that we had all already half eaten, only in this Olive Garden has this happened! The others I've been to were all excellent!

This Olive garden is first off harder to reach due to bad parking lot planning. The place was not as tidy as others I've been to. The guy that served us was very polite and attentive.

Charged for table games because my 3 year old accepted the fee. The table games don't require a credit card or parents approval. We ate dinner without touching the ziosk and right at the end, my three year old touches the ziosk for one minute and it charges us. This is a ripoff and unethical. Also had to wait 10-15 minutes for the server to come around. Barely got one round of soup and salad before my kids were done eating.Kid-friendliness: Not good. Never brought kids drinks until almost the end of the meal.

The people up front are rude, and the bathroom was nasty with no towels to dry your hands. The food sucks too, I see why it was empty on a Friday night at 7pm. It's such a shame this place has went so downhill. Our waitress was really nice though.
