Honestly, I would never feel compelled to write a negative review for a little shop like this that made my daughter happy but the owner of this place is incredibly rude after I made a remark about one small ice cream cone being $9.00.They did not have any signage regarding the prices, and I figured a cone with chocolate ice cream wouldn't be that much. Right next to the ice skating ring..I can only eat Gelato ice cream. My stomach can’t take the fake ice cream. They have so many amazing flavor options. I had the cheesecake turtle and salted Mediterranean caramel. ? ?. Checkout my video

Gelato is always good, I’ve been a customer for a while at different locations. Today I wanted an Afogatto but the employee told me coffe machine was already cleaned since they close in 25 min, I mean what? Disappointing, I think this specific location is going downhill
