I have only been to this location a few times, but it is by far my favorite Pei Wei in DFW! Always so clean, food is hot and fresh, and the lady at the register (I think her name is Karina, that's what my reciept says) is always so sweet!

Ordered for delivery. Never got delivered, wouldn’t answer the phone, and then the store closed.*** UPDATE - this location did end up correcting this and delivered my food. Better late than never!

Waited over 30 minutes after the completion time for my pick up order. When they finally got it to me, they forgot one of my two meals and an egg roll. At least two people go their orders before me. They are so disorganized and clearly need training on how to prioritize orders. As someone who worked at Starbucks for several years, this is unacceptable customer service. Will not be coming to this location again.

Restaurant is clean but food quality has declined a lot over the 10+ years I've been coming to this restaurant. The taste of the food is not nearly what it used to be. The pork egg rolls were too peppery and tasted like country gravy from a diner. Probably won't be returning. Prices are too high for gross food.

Giving 5 stars because Melissa is a ROCK STAR!!!! With the short staffing issue, it was pretty chaotic inside the restaurant yesterday. However, Melissa was handling it with such grace and was running around making sure every customer was ok. She gave us pick up people free drinks while we waited for our meals and was letting people be annoyed at her even though nothing was her fault. I saw 0 employees standing around or moving slow. They all did an amazing job. Give Melissa a promotion STAT because she’s such a gem.

girl stood behind counter lol on her phone and had me wait 15 minutes and never brought out curbside and was rude when i went in asking if the bag on the counter was my curbside order.
Stopped by Thursday for lunch and was met by the most pleasant lady! Melissa became the brightest person and most helpful! She greeted everyone with a smile! We will certainly return!

Ordered firecracker chicken with fried rice. Got charged extra for a side of fried rice (didn't ask if I wanted the extra side, I just meant the rice it comes with to be fried.) Asked for hot mustard and got told they were out. Asked for red chili sauce instead. 15 min later, I walked out with orange chicken and brown rice and no sauces - not close to what I ordered. $13 wasted. Very frustrating as I come here often and it's getting worse and worse.
