I love Pekers so much. Thru the day it's a nice unassuming quiet pub. It doesn't take long for it to heat up with some red-hot volcanic

I'm more than happy to change to a 5 star review if the service and professionalism improves here, but I go mostly for the karaoke nights alone as people I met there like the more unique songs I do, and while I'm sitting in the corner alone, none of the servers come and ask me if I'd like to order anything the way they do others, but instead make passive aggressive remarks behind my back about me coming in never ordering anything, which is not true, I have ordered drinks before on slower nights, but it seems that when it's really busy, it seems the bartenders want a little more bang for their buck than someone who when ordering 2 drinks for himself, a 15% tip would be barely over a dollar, so if the owner wants to come outside and yell at me for not buying any drinks, I told him that was fine, I'd buy one, but I didn't leave a tip when being told that way when I was never approached in there by any of the servers coming by giving drinks to other people asking how they could help, so it seemed just one guy taking up a small unused corner table in between performances in which participating in itself and entertaining others is part of what keeps them coming back and buying drinks was not all that important. If the expectation is that I have to walk to the bar to get my drinks when they're being delivered to other tables, it wasn't made clear. However, I'm a very reasonable person that wants to support a business that provides this extra service, so I'm happy to change my review with an improvement next visit, but it was kind of rude the way I was asked.

Someone calling himself the "property manager" having a beer at the patio of PEKERS Bar tried stopping me from parking in the lot. I was going to the Domino's next door. I don't like the harassment and language that they are trying to keep the lot clean. Excuse

I tried Karaoke at pekers but their own staff kept going. They had the same people Karaoking over and over. Nobody had a chance after an hour or so.

A very excellent neighborhood bar, where everyone is welcome, very reasonable prices. The best karaoke on Friday and Saturday night.

This This is a great neighborhood bar with friendly bartenders and the best happy hour prices around. I've been coming here for a while and if you're looking for a quiet and relaxed spot where you can meet some locals, this is the place to be. They also have a fun karaoke night that I've taken part in with some liquid courage, haha.

OMG after reading the other reviews, I just had to chime in. I'm a regular customer of this bar and I know the owners and consider them good friends. At no time have they ever been racist towards anyone in my presence. It's offensive that some drunk, entitled person got kicked out for probably being obnoxious and just happened to be Mexican would call my friends racist. The MAGA comment must be directed at a customer with a different opinion than the reviewer. Sad that we live in a country where you can't have different political opinions anymore. I doubt you will find many Republicans in this establishment, but not every gay person is chained to the DNC. Log Cabin Republicans is a nationwide gay Republican group that the reviewer must never have heard about. I enjoy sitting back enjoying a drink after a long day at the office without a lot of drama. This is where I like to hang out.

Awesome place and awesome people. Loved the atmosphere. Bartenders were great and prices were reasonable. Definitely be going back to this hidden gem.

Great local friendly neighborhood gay bar where the regulars hang out. Less expensive drinks than the “strip,” and karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights.

NOPE! They are MAGA MORONS in this bar, and if you dare to disagree, they kick you out! UN-fucking believable!

The bartenders and owners are very friendly. Same with both the Karaoke DJ's. Awesome crowd. Haven't had any issues since I started going. You want a place that is laid back, go to Peker's. You won't be disappointed.
