I love potbelly sandwiches!! Unfortunately this location is very poorly ran. The employees are very rude and I have never had a great experience here. Today I ordered a sandwich and my order was completely wrong.

The customer service at this location is terrible every time I come. Get it together. There's one young girl in particular who is the worst. Like you're bothering her for being here. Like she isn't employed to do exactly what she's supposed to be doing. I'm easy to please so me writing this review strictly based on customer service says a lot. She typically works down at the register, nobody wears name tags so not sure of her name. Maybe east European? Not sure. Makes me not even wanna eat here.

The food is good, the service people ok are but short and the place is FREEZING. We could barely finish our sandwiches. My hands were shaking on my last bites and we had to go out in the 98 degree weather to finish our chips.We go about once per week there and it's always the same but this time was a bit more extreme. Hopefully they see this review and do something about it.

While I don't really get their food, I tend to get a drink during work. I get a cup of soda, but it tends to be a gamble on whether their machine is properly working, has syrup in it or is cleaned since I've gone a few times and end up getting soda that tasted stale, flat or just downright strange. I understand if the employees are busy, but something needs to be done about their soda.

Got the worst milkshake I’ve ever had in my life here unfortunately.. ordered the cookies & cream one, and it had the consistency of straight up just milk. On top of that, don’t even know how that was possible with how much ice cream they had put in the blender. Was very disappointing

Hate to be this person... but when it shows you close at 9:00 and you drive ten minutes to pick up food in the rain and get there at 8:30 and they lock the door and tell you they are closed it is very disappointing when they ask if you are picking up an order and you say no and then they close the door

The service was fast, there was decent parking, and my order was correct and good. The Wreck with bacon is pretty good; their bacon is thick and peppery and flavorful. The bread is good as well. The broccoli soup is good, but the potato soup not so much. Prices aren't too high.

First time trying potbelly. The staff was really friendly! The meatball sandwich was really good and the bread was soft! I also ordered the steak which was good as well i wish the steak was cut thinner but other than that i had a good experience.

Due to the storm we had to choose pick up, So as Im visiting my sick bestie her gentlemen of a friend decides to pick it up for us, as he enters the store to pick up our lunch. He is then met with and employee with a nasty disposition and very rude. I will never eat at this establishment again Im utterly appalled.
I came here about 2 nights ago for the first time and was excited to try it out. The employee who was helping me was horrible!!! She was a short Hispanic girl with tattoos I believe her name was cece. She was sooo rude and had a very bad attitude. She got upset that I kept asking questions about the menu and the prices for the add ins but it was my first time here how am I suppose to know! Pot belly needs to have better training for these employees. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN, just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called the manager and left a complaint and all he said was he will talk to his crew like no these employees need to be better trained!

They forgot my order minutes after I gave it to them. On my avocado cheese turkey sandwich they forget the avocado and cheese. Ordered a sandwich and soup combo and they charged me for an original and kept telling me they made me an original but it was definitely the ‘skinny’ shorter size but thankfully they did give me the soup. Overall they seemed very disorganized and not at all like they had it together. This was my first time and it was a bad experience. Sorry I won’t be coming back

Simple: I put in my to-go order for pickup, came about 10 minutes later that the ETA for it, and it wasn't there. The cashier said someone stole it from the pickup box, and that it would take 10 minutes to remake. 15 minutes later and it wasn't even started yet, apparently it was under a pile of other to-go orders. I hardly ever give bad reviews for restaurants but this Potbelly also gets my girlfriend's order wrong occasionally. Drive 10 minutes further to another one and save yourself the trouble. Additionally, they got my order wrong after all that - no toppings at all on my sandwich.
