This hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment I entered into the hotel I felt welcome. The staff greeted me at the door and was very polite and knowledgable. The front desk individuals, Marjorie and Ryan was absolutely amazing. The guestrooms were really nice, spacious and clean. It's wonderful to see that some organizations still believe in customer service satisfaction and The Statler hit the SPOT! .

Felt rested after each night sleeping in beautiful room. Assistant GM Ivan made us feel at home and Emily did a fantastic job taking care of us throughout our stay! After a 20 hour trip I arrived at the Sonder at the Statler hotel. I am writing to commend Ms. Shassidy at the Valet service! She was extremely helpful! She went beyond her duties! I couldn’t have checked in without her assistance! Luiz Sergio Santana

We stayed this past weekend for a wedding in Dallas. Our room had all of the luxury appointments to make you feel special. Frances and the front desk staff were awesome! The next we come to town, this will be our first choice.

This was my first trip to Texas and I am So grateful that this is the hotel we chose to stay at! The Statler was by far my favorite part of Dallas! Shout out to the following staff that extended five star quality service: visit Omar and Zack at Scout, they were together an A-team keeping the bar running seamless & smooth. Ashley at waterproof was warm, welcoming, and such a joy. The views are spectacular! Emily made sure we had everything we needed and our room was impeccable and the bed was very comfortable. Ryan who checked us in set the high standard of quality service from the start. He went above and beyond to greet us, and get us settled into our beautiful room. Anna at LV Restaurant was a fine dining expert who provided a pleasant dining experience that we will forever remember.

Enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Breakfast spot was very nice and the server was gracious and kind. Can’t remember the name of it, but the casual dining place with the pool tables had a great spicy chicken sandwich. Housekeeping staff member Emily did a great job and left a thoughtful note.

Everything about this hotel from the unique atmosphere, the restaurants, and the amazing history all of it has been absolutely top notch I travel frequently and have stayed in everything from five star resorts to cheap motels and if they had this same hotel and atmosphere everywhere i wouldnt stay anywhere else, i want to give a massive shoutout and thank you to Josh shonce to say he went above and beyond is an understatement, he truly made our stay an experience from remembering our names or including us in circles we wouldn’t have been in before. Anywhere that has this gentleman in their faculty is 10x the establishment it was before. If you’ve made it this far I hope you have an amazing day/night and do yourself the favor book a stay with the StatlerRooms: They were clean and massive with everything you could need practically little apartmentsNearby activities: I mean how many places have amazing food built in? To die forSafety: All doors and elevators were watched by guards and staff they’d even open the doors for you and help guide youWalkability: It was close to everything from food to attractions we used the little scooters and got everywhereFood & drinks: The food and drinks were amazing the bar staff was amazing and the chefs were phenomenalNoteworthy details: Top tier hotel

We used Airbnb to book our stay. We arrived and there was no front desk or signage for check in. After walking around the lobby for quite some time, someone finally approached usThey gave us a key fob then told us to wait while they checked in several more guests. Together they led us down through a parking garage, through a side secret residence entrance and told us that most of the elevators were out of order. There were three of us and only one key fob to get in and out of any doors or ride the elevator. The rooms had no soap in the restrooms or kitchen, luckily we had hand sanitizer. Several outlets did not work and there were sooo many beeping and blinking things around the room.Furniture and appliances were extremely cheap and uncomfortable. I've started in some sketchy Airbnb places before, but I've NEVER given a poor review until now. This place was super sketchy, scary to navigate and no one seemed to be in charge or of any help.

This is kind of a hit or miss place. All of the staff was very nice. They do some things that are very bizarre. Like spray everything with chemicals so that there’s a smell in every room and they make you wear shoes around the pool which is just bizarre.

We had such an incredible experience at the Statler Hilton in Dallas, all thanks to the amazing Esau! From the very beginning, Esau's warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. What truly stood out was his thoughtfulness and dedication to ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect.Upon checking in our room , the view sucked , but Esau was able to upgrade us to a stunning city view. The moment we entered the room and saw the city view right outside the window, we were in absolute awe. It truly made our stay all the more special and memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs and preferences were met, making us feel like a valued guest. Whenever we had questions or required assistance, Esau was readily available and always provided prompt and professional responses. Not only did Esau enhance our stay with the room upgrade, but he also graciously shared his extensive local knowledge, recommending some hidden gems in the city that we would have otherwise missed. His recommendations turned out to be incredible experiences, and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to explore Dallas from a local perspective.I highly recommend the Statler Hilton and specifically commend Esau for being an outstanding ambassador for the hotel.

I booked a 2 night stay at The Statler for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend. Here’s my honest review:The hotel online gives a sort of high-end kind of luxury, and for what I paid… it was everything but. I could have stayed at an airport hotel for the quality and service we received. I give this review coming from a background in hospitality and working as a front desk associate for majority of my working career. When we got to the hotel there was a LONG wait at the entrance (it’s valet only) and maybe they’re understaffed but for an establishment that basically forces the convenience of valet parking, they need to work on their time management. I mean the outside out the hotel was packed! It felt as though I was at one of those “spots” in Atlanta.More so, I said I made this booking to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday weekend. He is a Hilton Gold member by the way, but that doesn’t seem to mean much. At check in, we were given a room and when we got upstairs there was someone in there. The situation was rectified and the front desk agent Brianna was VERY nice and even gave us an amenity for my man’s birthday, but I was very frustrated with this property outside of her service. The wait for the elevators can take you up to 20 minutes. I’m telling you the place is always filled with guests. So, imagine all these people waiting in a line to get to an available elevator to go to their rooms. The second room we were check into, the bathtub couldn’t fill with water and the remote for the TV would not work and the telephone in the room didn’t work either. We had to wait for maintenance to come to the room to fix the tub for such a long while because we couldn’t call the front desk, and we didn’t want to risk going downstairs because of how long it would take to get back to the room, so we had to call the hotel from our cellphones and then they would put us on hold for forever before attending to us. The whole thing was very frustrating. Maintenance fixed the tub but could not fix the phone (because apparently most of the rooms are like that) and they claimed they couldn’t fix the tv or remote. However, if I’m spending almost $700 for simply 2 nights, what in the world am I paying for? I’ve spent less at nicer establishments. There was a fridge drawer in the room that used to be a mini bar but they locked it and for the size and quality of the room, you’d think it would be equipped with a refrigerator but you have to ask for one to be delivered to your room, which throws off the entire aesthetic of the place. The first night we went to bed, we had the WORST sleep ever as we were overheating and sweating for most of the night. My boyfriend turned the AC down to 64 and the room felt as though it was 80 degrees. We called that night as well asking for them to fix it but maintenance couldn’t as they had left and were told we could get a room change, but then they offered us a room on the third floor when we were already on the seventh floor. We denied because who was going to switch to a room 4 floors down in the middle of the night??The next day before we left the hotel, we stopped by the front desk and made a complaint and was told a work order would be put in for the AC. When we got back that evening the room was/felt the exact same. Nothing had been fixed. And I am sooo mad because although my boyfriend is a gold member for Hilton, I, myself, am a Gold member for Marriott and I’ve literally never.I will never go back to this property. DO NOT waste your money here. There are better, less stressful hotels in the area. I can never get this time more money back. And the audacity for valet to be $55 a day. Tuhhh smh
