Rapscallion

Hard to go wrong here. We always enjoy a nice evening out at places in the neighborhood but this time returned for Sunday brunch. My Benedict was great, husbands over easy eggs were over cooked. He didn't complain but server happened to notice and offered to get new ones which I thought was both attentive and appropriate.

Rapscallion has been on my list for quite some time and I finally made it! We had the deviled eggs as an app, very tasty! I had the spicy fried chicken and greens with a side of mac and cheese for my meal. The food was good. The chicken wasn't quite what I expected, it kind of had a smokey flavor? Still good though! This is one of my favorite places in Dallas. Bartenders and staff are always very attentive and welcoming! They used to have 1/2 off priced select cuts on steaks including Wagyu beef every Wednesday; unfortunately, they adjusted it to 1/3rd off for now, but hopefully they'll bring the 1/2 off Wednesdays back!
