Sadly the food is mediocre at best. The cheese fries came out cold and almost solid. The blue burger was rather mushy tasting and the party seemed to be preformed instead of freshly made. The only thing decent is the pickle brined sandwich. The server was great though which is only why they get 3 stars. I really want to like this place but they need to up their food game.

Brunch was so so good!! Phenomenal and fast service, great food, and a really nice modern atmosphere! The breakfast burrito was so good. Lots of fillings and sauce. Came with a side of toppings and potatoes, which were seasoned well. The short stack of pancakes came with 3 pretty large ones. They were fluffy and soft and there was a side of butter. Inside is awesome: lots of cool decor and plants. Parking lot is very convenient. Bathrooms clean; there were 2 general stalls

Why is it so good for bar food? Like seriously, the burgers are awesome and the Korean Chicken Sandwich has no right being that good. I was also impressed with the drinks! I have a rule where I always order an Old Fashioned when I visit a new bar - it's a standard basic cocktail and a really good way to judge how the rest of your cocktails will be. It was an incredible Old Fashioned, and every drink I ordered afterwards absolutely hit the mark. It's got a nice atmosphere to it and it's always nice to have a spot for the community.

1st visit, so can't speak for the rest of the menu, but the Biscuit Henny Benny was incredibly tasty. Mimosas were plentiful and reasonable. Will be back.Have been many times since. Henny Benny still our favorite menu item, but chicken sandwich incredible also.

The waiter took our drink order for us not to get it. But all of the tables around us got their drinks. After 35 minutes, we said to cancel them because it was obvious we weren't getting them. He said okay, and didn't even seem to mind. He has glasses and seems like he's in his 20's-30's. So many tables he was serving got their drinks and food before us, and they arrived after us with more people than we had at our table. Our food came out only when he looked at us after 30 minutes and went to the kitchen. I got the grilled cheese and the soup, which were barely warm. My friend got the chicken sandwich and cheese fries, which weren't even warm. After multiple times of coming here, I expected the service I received before. I will NOT be coming back to Roy G's. After all these years. Terrible. I'm so disappointed. Don't come here. They've apparently changed employees and only care about a certain demographic.

Cute little bar. When we went in there was almost no one in there and the music was really quiet, which made the atmosphere awkward. We were just snacking, so we ordered soft pretzels and espresso martinis. Given that we were like 50% of the people in there, I was shocked by how long it took to get our food and drinks (and later on, our second drinks). The pretzels got rock hard fast and the martinis tasted like burned cigarettes.
Food was fine. service was nice. Tip amount was increased and not refunded. Phone number online goes directly to a voicemail.

Had some errands and got some work done this morning. Decided that I wanted a bowl of chili from Roy G's for lunch. And NOW I remember why I haven't been there in probably a year. I walked in and there were probably 4 guys at the bar eating or having a cocktail. There was one table of two men outside. I counted 4 people that were working the bar and front of the house. One actually smiled at me as he walked right past me. I waited for several minutes before I realized no one was interested in waiting on me so I got up and walked out. On a positive note, a gentleman that I'm guessing was the manager was very kind as I was leaving and thanked me for coming in. I just smiled and thanked him for having me. The place is definitely clean.

Ok, I arrived for brunch today around 1230pm. It was regularly busy, not much pepole... We have a waiter with a girl Santa dress like in a rush attitude... he arrives and asks what we want for drinks? He says the menu code is there... he left and came back and asked again, "Are you ready?" I say yes, we want this and that, and this drink for me looks good, and he says it is our fav and is a season drink, perfect, I say... coffee for my friend arrived, then the food...the food was good. My drink hasn't arrived yet... I ask 2 different servers for my drink and nothing. I'm almost finished my plate and the original waiter came and asked me which one was the drink I wanted??? I say you're the waiter, and you told me the name and description. I don't remember the name... he left and came back and told me sorry is not available and will be NO Charge? Lol, no charge for the drink I didn't have? And he left. Terrible attitude like he was doing us a favor... have some self-esteem and be polite and know how to apologize, man... I used to be a waiter and bartender. I understand completely, but you don't, Mr. I will never go back again, and I will share my terrible experience. Thank you.
