I always ask for a chicken sandwich with red onions, lettuce and tomato and Chipotle sauce. I almost never get what I ask for. Being at my wits end, I called and the manager just made excuses and blamed my son who placed the order. We will no longer go to that location. I find it offensive to be told it is my fault for not going myself. I have gone myself, I have reviewed the orders with the ordertaker, yet I still get the sandwich done wrong. I have had red peppers added, olives and even cheese. NONE OF which were requested. It is not my fault that the staff is either incompetent or trained by someone incompetent.
