There's this window on the side of the wall down in 'Ellum where a lovely senorita takes your order and turns it into magic. The magic is in the details. I ordered a couple Gorditas, w/ beef fajita for my my protein, a street taco and some chips and salsa. Each item was made with love. You can always tell the love and inspiration by the preparation of the ingredients. Cut tiny, yet generous portions. I love this place. Comfort food served until 3 am! What more could I ask for? The quesadillas are redonkulously good. The grilled cheeses are superb. Chef Fabian is very cool and his staff is always friendly. The place is a hole in the wall just off elm and like the name implies, strictly to go. Fighting through the Deep Ellum crowds and finding parking is the worst part but so worth it. I usually ride my bike over so I don't have to worry about that part.

Perfect grub for after 2am. Be there before the rush though 1:45 am No lines for me buddy, nope. We had the elote and brisket grilled cheese I think , I added a picture- I was tipsy and can't remember the name â€. Dallas had some good a** food btw.
