I've been buying a bag of ice here everyday for over 2 years never had a problem, Today I went to get ice the car hop placed my bag of ice on the wet ground, I asked her not to put my ice on the ground she picked it up and tried to give it to me I no longer want that bag because it's now muddy she took it inside and I watched her and another coworker wipe the bag of with napkins, again I told her I didn't want that bag of ice I want a fresh bag they poured the ice into another bag now the ice has mud on the inside of the bag. How hard was it to just give me a fresh bag of ice . Ice should never be placed on the ground at any point it's very unsanitary. I left with no ice they rudely give me my money back ?

The food is good and the staff is friendly, but if you stop here to eat outdoors, be prepared to share your food with a couple of very unhealthy looking stray dogs that the staff actively feeds. I don't know why the manager allows this, and this might be commonplace in Mexico, but I can't think of anything less compatible with a safe eating experience, than having two potentially diseased and aggressive stray dogs on the premises.

1 star is an understatement for this place. The food is not so bad but the customer service is The Most Worst! The girl at the drive-thru window was so rude and nasty, literally eating a shake or something at the window, with two headsets on and not even wanting to answer the speaker. This was so nasty and unprofessional. Please think twice before going to this sonic location because she really gave it a bad name. She acted as if she wanted to fight me. This was unreal! My first time visiting this location. Got the usual, Sonic burger combo #1 w/fries & a Cherry Slush (it's HOT out here). Drove hm while munching on the "hot fresh fries". Wanted Onion rings, but I've already got HB/Indigestion. Fries are absolutely delicious! 2 Sips of the Slush... Brain freeze. Got hm & I noticed just how plump/thick the meat on the burger is. The meat is usually very thin/flat. Thinking "what kind of meat are they using, hmmm. Anyway I decided to eat it & to my surprise it's delicious too! Thanks Sonic, I'll definitely be visiting this location again.
