The meats are really good. The sauce tasted like ketchup, vinegar, and water. It was super thin but served warm. I would never call that bbq sauce. Ever. Look I know bbq sauce has a vinegar base to it. But this ain’t it.The rolls are tasty. Come for the meat, take it home and use your own sauce.
Late dinner after a hockey game where the Dallas Stars won. Brisket was dry, jalapeño sausage was okay and ribs were good. Bbq sauce was in corona bottle.

It's ok. We were in town for the eclipse and this was on a list of great BBQ. We'd already been to Off The Bone and this didn't hold up. Portions felt smaller, not as many (or as good) sides, the brisket was really fatty, and it was a little more expensive.

Sonny Bryan's is dead. What a shame. The ONLY thing that tastes the same is the rings and sauce. It's gone, walk away. Over. The nostalgia remains, but the food is lesser. The beans used to be the best, Now they taste like they're straight out of a can.
