The food is often not made correctly, you wait forever to get your order even with the simplest things. Items are missing usually also. But when they're ON, it's actually pretty decent!! The food is hot and fresh when it is included in the bag..

Has to be the stingiest Taco Bell in history regarding the distribution of sauce packets.

Food always has a cigarette smell to it. You can see the workers and managers smoke outside and come back in and maybe don’t even wash their hands. A lot of harassment and terrible service. This store, not sure about other North Texas Bells locations. But this one has the worst district manager and has the worst restaurant shift managers I’ve ever seen or heard. They mistreat their employees, they retaliate and fire without reason. So many employees have suffered and have been fired without cause or reasoning. They just get a call saying “don’t come back”. lol like what? I am seeing so many people rising to sue this place, and the North Texas Bells has to pay for this stores injustice and mistreatment. How sad. Just seeing people get yelled at by managers and harassed by other employees who are the “favorite”. The favoritism is so real here. I applied to this place and was interviewed by the District Manager named Blanca, it was great. But I knew what was going on in the background all along, not only that I was hired. But I decided not to go because I didn’t get word back from Blanca until a week and a half later which is ridiculous when my background cleared within the next 24 hours. Not only that, she mentioned.. “I only have one shirt for you, cause I had to give the other to this shift manager.” Like what? A delayed response to start working and not even giving me a full uniform set to start. So I never went. Stay away from this place, business wise and career wise.
