This is the worst taco bell in the area, the staff is rude and not trained properly, the food is disgusting, they shut down the drive thru and steal from the register by not giving receipts with cash orders. Currently sitting in the drive thru because they won’t make 2 soggy tacos over. It smells like weed inside the store.

I believe this Taco Bell is off of camp wisdom they need to get some Hispanic workers on the Taco Bell side because they do not know how to make a burrito with rice and cheese it was so flat I didn't even see nothing inside of it or tasted I'll never go back there againParking: Here is plenty of parking but why worry about boring when the food is not good pick another Taco Bell go to just Taco Bell not Taco Bell and someone elseKid-friendliness: They are supposed to be kid friendly but I don't think I'll take my child in there

Ridiculous!!! They need more help. I had to wait to place my order for about 10 to 15 minutes than wait another 20 to 25 minutes just to get 2 pieces of chicken. And that's the second time I came in there to get chicken and they never have any ready !!! What's up with that. Poor customer service no smile no courtesy cup nothing. Guys you need to get better.

Ive always gotten rice and this was the first time at this taco bell. I normally get almost three times the amount. It's a shame that they don't take the time to do things right because my beefy cheese burrito doesn't have cheese on
I get this job isn't easy and you deal with all types of customers, but that doesn't give you the right to decide the customer is "playing games" with you. I don't wanna talk to y'all just as much as y'all don't want to talk to me. Just give me my food so I can get outta there, simple as that. And if you make a mistake, fix it with some respect. Don't try and intimidate people who want what they paid for. Still won't be coming back to this location for awhile, doubt they care about the customer loss.

Their store hours and online says it doesn't close till 3 a.m. I showed up at 1:30 a.m. there was one car in the parking lot the store was open but no one answered the drive-thru no one came to the drive-thru

This is the worst service I ever had from Taco Cabana I'd rather go to the one that's in Pleasant Grove on Buckner because this one right here off of Camp Wisdom it's whack they service is very tacky they have people standing in line for minutes after minutes not trying to even serve them I'm here right now at Taco Cabana and they got us just standing her looking crazy while they put in orders for other people or whatever and that's not cool it's the worst place ever I will not be coming backu

Got my order wrong wanted to try Baja blast very badly and they gave a wild cherry drink. My day is ruined I am I'm tears never coming back again. Will be informing my immediate family and coworkers of this horrible establishment. Don't come here.
