Stepping into the Dallas Eagle, I immediately felt embraced by the genuine warmth and acceptance that filled the space. The energetic atmosphere, fueled by a well-curated playlist, set the stage for a memorable night. From the friendly staff serving up reasonably priced drinks to the camaraderie shared among patrons, there was a palpable sense of community. This was more than just a place to grab a drink—it was authentic. I will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing time.

Do not order your drinks from the front bar because they will Over charge you. Go to the back patio. The music is great, but the children must learn that disco began before the 1980s.

Beef night for TBRU was a hit and a lot of it was thanks to AJ our bartender . He knew how to makes some great drinks and was very attentive when he saw us walking back up . Great atmosphere too, love that the eagle is back.

There are Eagle Leather bars throughout the Leather-Uniform-Rubber universe from L.A., NYC, San Francisco, Portland, San Diego and in Europe such as Amsterdam, Hamburg, Stuttgart although in Germany they may be called Adler/eagle. Dallas, fortunately, has one too. I remember the old Dallas Eagle on Inwood Road back in the 1990's. A great dive bar with all the charms of a Texas roadhouse with lots of men wearing painted on boot cut Wrangler jeans, cowboy boots, western hats as well as leather, uniforms. Friendly crowd that wants lots of man to man interactions drinking beer, whiskey, whooping & hollering. Only the infamous Trestle (R.I.P) could beat the Eagle back in the days of yore for the playfulness and camaraderie. Well, Dallas Eagle has moved farther south to a more secluded location more fit for a true roadhouse like in an El Paso Wreaking Company sort of way. Huge building, that looks like strange, modern brutalist architecture with a faux western saloon façade, to accommodate a good crowd. Outdoor patio to smoke cigars which could be ideal for pups & their masters. Indoor long U shaped full service bar with multiscreen tv's. Draft beers, and they do have my favorite Texas Shiner Bock. Obligatory pool table as well as a St. Andrew's cross for those into chamois deer skIn floggers, etc. Dance space to disco or line dance in. Lockers to stow your gear although not sure if locks are provided. Amazing display cases featuring colors, memorabilia from various motorcycle, Bear, Leder organizations. There are happy hours everyday except for Monday. Tuesday has all day discounted domestic beers & well drinks. Tons of special nights that cater to different segments of the Leather Community which you can look up on their website. 5 stars

It's an OK bar but not really any different than the ones on the strip besides the themed nights and a location about as bad as they could find. I was excited to have an Eagle in Dallas again, but it's basically an expensive (drinks are overpriced for what you get), sanitized version of what you would think of as an Eagle. These used to be dark, edgy, freeing places. So far this is just another gay bar with a bit of leather thrown in here and there. Please figure out a soul for this place.

Very cool venue that’s run by some sweet people. I’ve had great convos with bartenders, managers and patrons. The staff creates a friendly, accepting environment that fosters leather, puppy, underwear dress up and good vibes. I’m a fan!

Not horrible but patio very small and the location, location, location is not the greatest. They should move it to the Maple location.

The layout is decent, I like the atmosphere, but the drink prices are way too high and I am not impressed with the outdoor area. No comment on the music.

Overall, starting to shape its identity as a new leather venue. PLEASE TURN DOWN THE MUSIC. Not able to have any sense of a conversation with anyone without shouting. I would have stayed more than an hour otherwise. I am not the only one with this complaint. I hope to go often if they can get the atmosphere right.
