This is the cutest bakery shop!! Located in the heart of Dallas. Val is definitely making his mom proud! Haitian owned cheesecake shop, and it's soo good! A friend of mine introduced me to Val's Cheesecake, and I've been hooked since. I've tried the Lovers Lane (Red Velvet), It's Britney, Peach, and the classic Strawberry cheesecake. The peach is definitely my favorite and the red velvet is a close second! The texture and flavors are perfectly combined. The lady at the counter was polite and patient because it took me a minute to decide. Everything looked so good! I can't wait to get back to Dallas!

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They were patient with me while I decided what flavor I wanted. And when I tasted the Oreo cheesecake for one second all things felt right in the world. I also appreciated that they had dedicated parking spots. I'll be back.

We ordered a Turtle Happy Birthday Cheesecake and we were not disappointed! The filling was light a fluffy, not overly sweet - just how we like it. The whole cake fed our party of 20 or so and we had leftovers to boot. It came with a topper that was definitely from Target (red dot on the packaging and all). So, if you're thinking of getting the Happy Birthday version just for the topper, I would get the cheaper version and buy your own top.

Omg if I could give ten stars I would! Val’s provided the desserts for my Valentine’s Day microwedding and everything was so delicious! All of our guests loved them! We ordered a 7’’ strawberry cheescake, and a dozen cupcakes each in the strawberry, chocolate turtle, and peach cobbler. Yes i tried all of the flavors myself lol and yes they were all so good! And on top of that I got to work with Val directly and he is literally the definition of what a business owner that cares about their business is like. He is so sweet and personable. Will definitely be coming back!
Great cheesecake. Triple chocolate is lethal as well as the banana pudding. Cheesecakes are prepared well.

Val’s helped us have a surprise birthday party cheesecake making class for our daughter. It was such so much fun! Jessica helped from start to finish in making it a memorable time and Val is simply wonderful. He makes the class funny, impactful and truly an experience!
