Every now and then I get some fresh delicious hot chicken, for the most part I can't get my money's worth...sad..old fries, cold old chicken..?

I pulled up to see if Williams was open. Sometimes it will say open. However, the workers in building slow around. However, this short lady was walking from her car with a bag in her hand. I knew she was employed there cause she had a shirt on. She had a mean face and kept stating don't talk to me, don't talk to me. I was just going to ask if the building was open yet. Who want someone to fix their food that act like that. Mean, poor customer service. I didn't even say anything to her and that is what she was saying not even know if I was going to say anything. It is the Williams her in Lancaster tx off 20 and Lancaster rd right by feed store. This is just sad. If you don't want your job. Quit it.

I ordered a 12 mix family order with a box of fries. The fries were cold but I can over look that. When I got home to give my family the chicken I had all dark meat with one breast. I ordered a 12 mix there should be more than 1 piece of white meat. The sad thing is half of my family don’t eat dark meat, so now I have to find them something else to eat because they refuse to eat dark meat. Williams Chicken please do better.

I went to this Williams during lunchtime and I’m happy that I came here. It had been awhile. My tenders were hot and my fries was fresh! The lady who took my order was pleasant and the wait wasn’t bad at all…considering that the food was actually hot and fresh!Please keep up the good work! I love being able to support the Williams brand.

Chicken nasty left a nasty taste in my mouth. They can't cook
Chicken strips and chicken are really good here. The breaking could be a little thicker but the chicken is thick, juice and good. It does take a little while to get the food but I can only assume its fresh. Eat good
This day 1/6/2024:was the worst the chkn usually be great but this day at 3:30 pm was the worst Williams chkn I'd ever tried whom ever working needs to be written

The black older guy and the whole night staff has horrible customer service. They're always very rude and have attitudes. Last night I asked for fresh chicken because the chicken I received was cold. Not only did they make me wait for 30 mins, but they gave me the same damn chicken and fries. Couldn't even complain because their attitudes are horrible. Won't return there ever again.
This the worst willams in Dallas. They have bad customer service everybody got an attitude. Food is Never fresh. And they don’t give you what you asked for if they don’t have it they just replace it without asking

I just want to say I came here at the end of October and had a great experience. Food was good and workers were courteous. It was a Thursday night. However, I came here yesterday, November 22 around 5pm and it was a lot different. The outside line wasn't long but I decided to go in because it was empty. There was a guy working the window and another standing way in the back. We stood there waiting for someone to assist us. The guy in the back looked up and from a distance mumbles can he help. But then he says we don't have no legs. Now mind you we hadn't ordered. I did want a leg and a wing. We love legs. So as soon as he said that we turned and left. Basically he was saying we ain't got nothing and we ain't cooking no more. I am so tired of these establishments open but refusing to give the customer what they want. If you are a chicken place please cook all parts of the chicken throughout the day. You never know what the customer may request. Or better yet, ask what they want and give them a time frame for when it will be ready. OR just shut down for the day if you don't want to cook. That's it.
