Apparently, they said no large drinks, but right before me, others ordered large drinks. Maybe they ran out of cups, but not having a large drink with our order during Sunday lunchtime shouldn't be an option! Or is it to sell more drinks?

This location is the worst! Put in an online order which states it'll take 16- 20 minutes and nope 45 min later. Ridiculous. Wednesday night not even busy.

This place is always more worried about the to go orders than the ones IN the restaurant, didn't used to be so bad but literally keeps getting worse, I like mine fresh so I come in but watching them pump out to go orders (and I can see them making them) but not even concerned about the ones IN the restaurant is annoying, will probably be my last time here

This place is an absolute joke. It took an HOUR of waiting to get our mobile order. AN HOUR. The place was completely empty, I’m not sure what is going on with this specific location but it is in serious need of new management or something. I keep giving it a chance and it constantly messes up my orders or the wait is insanely long. After this no way in hell am I coming back. Might as well close this location down.

Wing stop used to have really good service but here in casa Linda they continually drop the ball. Slow service- typical wait time for an order of wings is 30 minutes. So when you show up after 30 minutes the typical additional wait time is 15 more minutes. No explanation and no apologies. Just slow service. On what planet does it take 45 minutes to fry a dozen wings. Last time we ordered we both got sick - like food poisoning. Keep hoping it will get better but so far no so much.

Absolutely horrible and unacceptable!!! I just bought a 10 piece wing combo a few hours ago and now I’m throwing up all over the place because I have food poisoning! The fries were cold and stale and the wings were uncooked even when I chose to have the meat well done/cook longer!! I hate wasting wings and fries all because these guys can’t cook their product correctly. The manager over the phone said it’s an on-going problem they’re trying to fix but obviously they can’t fix simple directions to cook their product longer multiple times. This is the final time I had a complaint and kept it to myself from this Wingstop …..Don’t go to this particular Wingstop, unfortunately they still won’t learn that their food is making people sick!

Worst wing stop to go to I got food poisoning next morning I woke up and I was throwing up all day and with a pain in my stomach I don't recommend this place and also my order was wrong don't go here if your trying not to get food poisoning

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER AND NOT CARE!I ordered extra wings by themselves and didn't receive them. When I tried to call no answer I got sent to automated voicemail and then someone answered but they weren't at the location?!?! Since when did Wingstop outsource their calls? When I pull up they demanded that I give them my order back to which I stated "it's at home." The cooks in the back seem like they didn't care and neither the cashier. Like I said won't be coming back here. Not to mention that the food that I did get was cold and the fries where old.

I will NEVER come back to this location!!!!! We have waited an hour for our online order to be told they didn’t receive it. Wth kind of excuse is that!!!!! I will not return here and would advise everyone else to not place an order here!!! This is the worse customer service experience ever!!! Corporate needs to step in and make some changes or else they will be out of great customers.

Worst wingstop ever! I placed my order by phone, the automated system is the worst, it said 20 minutes once I got there, 15 minutes later, the cashier, Samantha, told me it would take 20 more minutes because I ordered all flats! There is no order in the kitchen, every one is going in circles, they all are so rude! The lobby was full of customers waiting for their orders as well. The lobby was so filthy. Please avoid going to this wingstop!

I was missing part of my order. when I called them , the manager was rude and unhelpful. Stay away from this location! Unprofessional! I gave them a chance to make my order right but they refused !Worst wingstop in town !

The service is horrible…I never got my food and the workers told me I would get a refund within two days and never got it. To add to it the workers were extremely rude when asking if I could get my refund since I wouldn’t be receiving my food.
