Meredith, I think that was her name, left my mother on hold for about 30 minutes, my mother hung up and called again and she asked her to be on hold when my mom told her that she’s been waiting for more than just a couple minutes she just hung up on her. I called her, she mentioned she was understaffed and I understood that but she was genuinely being so rude over the phone. Horrible costumer service, really upsetting because it’s not hard to just be nice to people especially when they choose you for a good choice of their meal. Really upsetting how ugly people can be with their words.

i ordered here in 12-24-23. the fries were cold. the wings were overcooked. not an enjoyable meal. upset.
I ordered the six wing combo with mild flavor sauce. and fries came soggy brunt on the tips and cold. The wings were barely covered with any sort of flavor. The sauce seems like it was water down whenever I dipped a fry in there to see if there was even sauce there's barely any flavor so it was basically just oil. When I called for a refund, they asked me to bring it back and this was the next day. Luckily, I have a smart mother who saved it in a bag in the refrigerator please she wanted to take it back herself. I brought back the box of wings had three left because my dad at one and I was trying to make it work, but just couldn't finish. That's alot of wings. The manager complained that I didn't bring back all six, told me that the mild is supposed to be like that which is bullshit and didn't apologize for the inconvenience for the grossness of the food. She even made a comment about me not bringing back the second ranch. This is the worst customer service ever. I have been in the service industry for 18 years and have been a manager for two, and the fact that I was told that I should've brought both ranches back and I was told that she would only give me a refund this time was ridiculous. The food was gross. It was unacceptable and it's obvious I didn't like it. Rather than being cheapskates, they should take care of the customers who spend their money there. Obviously they don't care about customer satisfaction AT ALL! They lost me as a customer and next time I'll go to Buffalo wild wings. Wing stop y'all suck!!!!!!

We went for the 30-piece chicken wing combo for just the two of us, selecting three flavors: mango habanero, Korean, and garlic. Honestly, all of them tasted fantastic, although the mango habanero could've been spicier to match expectations.The cost is a tad steep, but considering the quality, it's definitely justified. Their fries were amazing, and the veggies that accompanied the combo were a pleasant addition to the meal. Surprisingly, the quantity was enough to satisfy us. The staff was quite friendly too.
