Cashier was very rude. Was a heavy set guy. He got upset because when he gave me my bag it had a different name on there that said Jamel and my name is Jasmine. The other girl who was waiting said it was her bag when she saw her name on it. He got upset when I said the other bag was mine, cause it said Jasmine. He said we can’t tell him how to do his job and were nosey. How is someone nosey when clearly you wrote the wrong names on the bags. Very disappointed that he would speak to customers the way he did at the counter.

The staff was welcoming, nice, patient and helpful.Parking: Due to Wingstop's location between other stores and the shopping center, parking might be scarce, particularly during lunch. On the other hand, there is plenty of parking in the bigger lot next to the restaurant.

Food was not prepared how I wanted it , I asked for a special request & did not get instead I had 3 cooks giving me nasty attitude and being very rude about the situation! This is my worst experience at Wingstop . The customer service SUCKS !! No mgt on shift , employees do not know the proper procedure wen handling things ! NOTHING !! It’s all bad !!! Some big big big guy gave me extreme back talk and was being very sassy , as if they wasn’t in the wrong !! I’m an active mgt at Wingstop and this totally in acceptable !! If your black be careful when ordering here .
Want fresh crispy fries? Good luck. I select well done and specifically call each time to have crispy well done fries, but each and every time I receive wet and mushy fries. I just don’t get it. It has been time and time again.
