Every time I come to this wingstop the old lady with the colored hair is super nice even though I always come come around closing time, she even repeated the whole order before handling me the food. I really appreciate her work and customer service.

Great overall experience! We had an incident where our DoorDash driver never delivered our food, so I called up to the restaurant and spoke with Eli. He was so helpful, and remade our order for me to go and pick up!I really appreciate the great customer service and the food was delicious!

Gave it a three because this place is more of a pick up spot instead of a dine in location. Limited seating and it’s a bit small. Feels weird eating while there’s a bunch of people standing around waiting for orders. Still the same great wings though.

I ordered large fries with my delivery order and they gave me small fries with half the basket full and conveniently they aren’t answering the phone I’m guessing their reading and comprehension skills aren’t the best.

Awesome customer service and reasonable prices!!!! Love the new location!!!!!
We stopped by the new location last Friday and I really liked it. The old location was always dark and small this one was very bright looked more advanced. I did an online order and did not have to wait long. The employee's do have a bit of an attitude they look like they don't want to work there at all but I mean I can't blame them. Other than that the food was great and did not have to wait long to get my food. Usually they alway took so much time to get it ready but not this time

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I called at least 15 times trying to cancel an order I placed and NO ONE answered. It was just an automated message saying to leave a voicemail then I got another automated message saying the voicemail box was full and it just hung up.

It's been a while since I've visited WingStop mainly because of my previous experience. I decided I wanted to try the new chicken sandwich so here I am. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken sandwich with fries extra seasoning. The order taker told me they were backed up and it would be approximately 15 minutes before I received my order. As I sat and waited I noticed the restaurant, the drink station and the counter areas were all clean and everyone I came in contact with was courteous and professional. I received my food and I must say I was absolutely 100% satisfied. The quality of food has definitely improved since my last visit several years ago. My only complaint is the loitering outside the restaurant which I understand is something the restaurant can't control. I can say I'll be back whenever my next craving for a lemon pepper chicken sandwich hits.
