Put a phone order at 11:25pm, it was confirmed. When I went to pick up at the time I was given worker claimed I never put an order in even though I showed her the number I called and said she wasn’t taking no new orders even though they close at 12am, I was there at 11:50pm when my original order was suppose to be ready.

I wish I could put no stars.They are very very disturbingly disgusting found hair in my food ,and got no compensation in return.This is unprofessional and unsanitary ,and I feel provoked by this sick discovery I found when I’m trying to go to flavor town.Hairnets are required for a reason ,health inspectors will be there first thing tomorrow in the morning ,jobs lost ,kids unfed.Selfish ignorant barbarians,I’m about to give it to corporate, y’all will be dealt with.

I ordered the 6 peice boneless meal off of door dash. Not only were the wings small and NOT enough to feed a child, there was no sauce on them! The fries were stale and cold! I don't even live 10 mins away and couldn't even get hot food. You need to do better for your customers, weather it's delivery, pick up or dine in. Worst wingstop experience I've EVER had.

Ordered online get here after my order says completed and I get told there’s about an hour wait for my order. This Wingstop needs a better system. Every person that walks in is a mobile order and they are all getting a refund including me, but we are getting told we get nothing to prove we asked for it.

The staff needs to provide better service when placing orders, even if you place them online, many of them do not pay attention and you arrive at the place and they tell you that there is no order when they have not checked the system.

I placed a 40 piece combo order online only to get 20 wings. My door dash person even told me she told the guy that didn't seem correct. So I called the store and there telling me they can't remake my order. For something the mess up on. They should of refunded my money for the remaining food I didn't receive. But obviously this location does not know how to give a good customer experience

1st online says close at 12am. Get there it’s a sign made of printer pallet & marker saying they closing at 10pm. Order was placed online & get there the whole order wrong. My hot lemon wings was old & should have been well done extra seasoning. The wings was just dry looking with seems to be dried buffalo sauce. Mind you it should have been hot lemon. Extr seasoning. I ask the manager about. He proceeded to go to the back. I stop him ask him what was he going to do. He goes. I’m going get you some lemon pepper seasoning the put on it. I almost went crazy. So I asked him to make my order over because wings looked old and not properly made. He tells me we close & shut everything down. But it’s at least 6-7 people in side of the place waiting on food. He got an attitude, I think his name is Miguel. Then he goes to say I can just refund you. You damn right you are. But the proper thing to do was fix my order right. It was another manager that came out & authorized the refund & also no empathy.
