In Denton for a business meeting, found the Barley & Board and ordered the Roast Chicken with a superior Au Jus, asparagas and petite white & black roasted potatoes, all in one bowl at a very nice price below $20. Best chicken ever eaten as well as the terrific bowl additions. Can't wait to go back. The beer choice and great taps also a major plus. Fine service toto Bruce W from San Antonio
The service was good, the food was excellent. Had the salmon which was very good. A little noisy so don't think you are going to go for a quiet, romantic dinner. My friend had the burger that looked great. It came with really think fries which were really good.

Actually pretty cool place. Easy and woody lodge feel. Nice menu and service was very good. Quiet and comfortable inside and we enjoyed kicking back there. A little more of a wait than I like getting the food, but there was no rush to leave. Cool drink specials and more than just burgers and sandwiches. I don’t think if your on the square there is better.
