Very nice restaurant. Not cheap but not outrageously expensive, either. My chicken had a slightly burned taste too it but the meal overall was excellent.Vegetarian options: They had a nice looking Portabella mushrooms burger.Wheelchair accessibility: It might be a bit tight for wheelchairs but I don't think there were steps going to the front door, and it seemed generally accessible.

Reservations at 7:30pm, ordered an appetizer of meat and cheese that took over an hour to get to our table. I ordered a tomahawk steak medium, the steak was very tough and the middle was cold. Our entrees took another 1hr + to come after our appetizers, to the point where my kids were falling asleep. Our waiter was awesome and very attentive, however the food/kitchen disappointed me. For a $400+ dinner the value wasn't there and the quality of food didn't live up to the reviews.

I ordered a cocktail. $14 for a mediocre Rum and Coke is a bit steep. Barely tasted the run. Won't do that again. I had the Spanish Chicken which I have had before. This time the chicken was dry. I used all the mole to moisten the chicken. When paying I noticed an additional amount added because I used a credit card to pay. That's new and somewhat insulting that I have to spend additional dollars for the privilege of using a credit card. Ansen Eleven has, in my opinion, gone down in value. I will have to re-think coming again. Sorry.

The food was less than superb but the wait staff was quick to rectify when I recommended a solution. The boulevardier cocktail was outstanding! I have tinnitus and had no issue with noise level or acoustics.

My family and I had an AMAZING time. Andrew was super attentive, made sure we had everything we needed and overall made the experience so much better. The food was some of the best I've had! Thank you to Andrew for explaining the menu and taking care of us!! Definitely coming back.

Love their food. Upstairs and downstairs. Our server was kind and appreciative also concerned when my Lamb pita was a little too spicy. Very nice. Manager was too. I did eat have the sandwich and they gave me 1/2 off because it was too spicy and couldn't finish it, but for those who love spicy it's perfect lamb pita sandwich!!!

Dined here before a show at the Plaza. The service was friendly and prompt. The food was prepared exactly as requested (with a few substitutions), flavorful, and came out quickly. The atmosphere on the patio was pleasant. No complaints!

We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Anson 11. The service here is some of the best I've experienced in El Paso! Very prompt, polite and attentive. The menu and wine/drinks list are fairly extensive and the pricing is on par with the ambience and style. The food was good, but not quite as good as the ambience and service but the presentation was well done. This is a great place to go for a celebration and we enjoyed it, but the food just wasn't quite the level of the experience. If they could elevate that a touch this would be a five star experience. We had the beef carpaccio (this was 5 stars), the Hokkaido scallops (3.5- could be seared a bit better and firmer but the base was tasty), the NY strip (3.5 stars- decent, but could be more tender), forest mushrooms (4 stars - but they were definitely portobellos and not forest mushrooms), lobster Mac and cheese (4.5 stars- well done with a nice crunch on top), and the duck confit fingerling potatoes (3.5 stars- the ones on top were crispy outside with a good duck flavor, but the bottom potatoes were a bit watery tasting and were more like boiled potatoes).

It had been over a year since we'd been to Anson11 & we were pleasantly surprised. It was a vast improvement over our prior experience! We had the gnocchi & added grilled chicken; it was very tasty. We knew the service was probably going to be a little slow because it was right before the symphony, & even then, we were surprised. The service was great, we sat on the patio & it was a lovely evening. It won't be another year before we go back.

I was surprised that we did not have a great experience this time around. The hostess' seemed lost and tried to sit us in a corner when the entire restaurant was empty. She also gave us the wrong menu. When we received the right menu the Brunch selection had decreased significantly. Our soup was cold when it got to the table so my husband changed his order entirely. Seems like the restaurant is not as busy as it used be and maybe other new places have taken the appeal away. We probably won't be back.

They got my order wrong took awhile too get a server's attention. When I finally got the attention that wasn't m server I got it fixed. At, the beginning I said no mayo, yet still mayo. Hate when restaurants don't listen at the beginning. My husband and I didn't like sitting outside.
