It was a delicious lunch, very generous chicken portion, and veggies were at point served with a sauvory vinaigrette (on the side). The place was comfortable, very few people. Service was excellent, waitress very attentive and provided what we needed. Time to have food ready was reasonable.

It's small but good food and drinks. Def a nice little brunch spot. Check Basico out! Great menu selections!-- Everything I have tried is quality and delicious. New management with excellent customer service.
The food is expensive, plus it takes forever to come out and is served cold. The place is tiny and the service is bad. All this I could stand because some of the dishes are very good and only done right there. A poorly run restaurant with waiters that have zero customer service skills, are non-professional, and have no organizational abilities.

This is a nice little restaurant. The food is also good except for the cold omelet with salmon that I had. Had to tell the manager to lower the music... he said he was used to it and did not pay attention to it. Good for him... he's there most of the day, but the customer is not.

I wish there was a way to put negative stars. The best thing about the place was the music, but it was so loud our waiter was yelling to get our order. After waiting 45 minutes and only getting coffee (no cream or sugar), we got up to leave. The waiter assured us our food was coming out next. We decided to stay; BIG MISTAKE. What we did get showed up cold, inedible and one of the dishes had hair! Our starter arrived WITH the rest of food: scones-- no butter, no apricot preserves as advertised and they arrived frozen. An order of pancakes were more like crepes: flat, and chewy. Three of the side dishes NEVER arrived. The space itself was nice albeit small. We always try new local places. We had high hopes given their amazing menu, but NEVER AGAIN!! Inattentive service, unbelievably long wait, inedible cold food: You're better off at Village Inn or IHOP.

Gotta write a review for this place! This is under new management and the new staff member, George is Awesome!! My wife and I were looking for a place to eat dinner and couldn't decide. I had remembered that I had a work lunch at Basico a few weeks ago and it was amazing. So I took my wife there and we were the only two people there! George greeted us and explained that they were trying to make this place a "Go To" for those getting off work in the area and explained how the change in staff has made a huge difference. We had visited the eastside location once, and the female staff was very rude and unattentive to patrons. Well, I have to say we were very impressed with the westside location. The food (taste, quality, temperature, presentation & portion size) was delicious!! Come out to support our local businesses and make your night with a delicious dinner and some drinks! Great time! Thanks, George! We will definitely keep coming back!! I highly recommend this place on the west side if you're looking for a delicious, reasonably priced dinner.
