The ambience is nice as always. But that’s it. I went Wednesday afternoon around 5 and it was not busy. I do not like when servers are not consistent and notice details in service. I waited a long while for Splenda for my ice tea. Food took a while and when it came it was cold and not very well-prepared. The food tasted and looked like it wasn’t prepared all together. I went to Corralitos for dinner and a Martini. The bartender sent me a Lemon Twist. I thought perhaps the waiter had picked up the wrong glass and sent it back. When the waiter came back, he brought a Martini glass and a shot of vodka. The waiter said that the bartender had said that it was a Martini. I asked him to take it off my bill. Try Corralitos Steakhouse at Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino ! (Casino entrance) Same menu as other locations. Good drinks, food served hot with just a short wait. Food was great Plenty of staff.
