Chachi's is now Permanently Closed.Great Sadness!Too few Great Burger Joints in the NE.The only reason it gets a 1 star is because it is Closed. Otherwise, it would have gotten 5. It was that great a place!The only places I can recommend for a burger here in NE are:-Chase the Taste (10771 Gtwy. S. Blvd, Ste. N107) and-Paseo del Sol (4201 Alabama St., down from Wm.Beaumont Army Hospital.) Yes, it is a Mexican restaurant but they make a good burger.I was disappointed with Fat Bear. Overpriced and Underwhelming Taste.I've heard that Casita Linda on Hondo Pass has a good burger but I've never tried it.

Hours posted on google and fb don't seem to be accurate, i can never seem to catch them when theyre open. I've heard great things about here and would have loved to have tried it

Amazing burgers and even better customer service. They were swamped with customers, all adhering to all COVID guidelines, and yet they truly cared about the customer and quality of the food. The green chili burger, amazing. The bbq burger, amazing. Fries and onion rings were crispy and perfectly cooked. The prices were incredible for the quality and amount of food you get. A gem in the northeast.
BBQ Burger w/bacon and fries too greasy for my own personal taste. People like them my coworkers did too, but I was not too impress. I do think if you are into finger foods you will like it as well. I like my burgers with all it's trimmings lettuce, tomato, and pickles.

@chachisburgers The people asked for it, and they got it. A buddy of mine has been asking me to review one of his favorite spots in the underrated Northeast of El Paso, TX. This recommendation took me to Chachi's Burgers, located at 10176 McCombs St, El Paso, TX 79924. I got there at 10:50 AM and waited for the doors to open. I'm sure during the pre-covid era, the place would be popping with "firme rolas", but times have changed and businesses have had to adjust. You walk into a 1950s museum of Coca Cola memorabilia and "Space-Era" photos of cars. A proud USMC veteran had his flag on the wall. A very quaint diner feel to it. I ordered the #4 Green Chile Burger, double of course, with double cheese, LTOP, and mustard. The bread was the standard 5" bun. Soft and warm. Layered in order were the patties, cheese, chopped green chile, LTOP, and a heavy dosage of mustard. When you bite into it, you immediately get the tangy lunch of mustard and the savory chile kicks in. Patties were medium thick, and cooked perfectly. We all know I critique lettuce because I'm a firm believer that soft lettuce can ruin a burgers texture. I believe they use green leaf lettuce and it didn't add any texture other than a soggy mess. Whoever cut the onion left a part of the outside layer of the onion near the stem that nobody likes. Those were my only dings. The cheese melted to perfection. Looked like white cheddar. Overall a very good burger, and I'd go back for more. The patty wasn't overly seasoned and what separates this burger from others is the heavy dose of mustard. I'm a big fan of mustard on burgers, since it gives it that old fashioned diner taste. It was so weird on how I found this place.. I was looking for a place to wash my car and I just so happened to see Chachis this burger spot.. I'm not from the NE so I knew nothing of it and the whole reason I was on this side of town was to take my girl food.. so I decided to give it a go i walk in and I ask the kid a the cashier hey man what's good here.. He replied everything so I'm like ok.. i tried there Classic burger w cheese and bacon and a Green chilli burger w cheese and let me tell you it was bomb and to make things better the fries are good great prices it was just so krazy on how I came across a great place like this.. Now I have a place to eat in the NE I definitely recommend
