No accountability, 9:20 AM They got my order wrong. They said I could just keep the meal because they messed up. Manager came and took the food away from me and threw it away. Definitely NOT my favorite Chick Fila in El Paso. SO

This use to be my favorite restaurant, until it wasn’t anymore. I ordered 3 meals on my lunch break, drove 20 minutes TO get it in traffic so was a bit longer which was fine. Rushed home to be welcomed by the wrong order. Called 3 times before I got an answer. Was told I could come back within a week for a remake. Tonight went for my remake and was given attitude by two workers. Didn’t ask if I needed ketchup drinks or anything. So I guess I have to pay for your guys mess up now? No thank you! Do better Chick-fil-A! Very disappointed! No longer a loyal customer

Well, I’ve been to this Chick-Fil-A so many times, as I’ve lived in El Paso for 6 years, and this is the restaurant I always frequent. Tonight I had a horrible experience.. and I didn’t feel like being confrontational about it. But I am super disappointed, especially for a fast food place that is all about customer service. I accidentally placed an order for pick up inside, I wanted curbside.. I’ve used this app hundreds of times and I haven’t made this mistake until tonight. Well, my only logical option was to go through the drive thru since I couldn’t go inside the restaurant due to how I was dressed (it’s Saturday, I’m relaxing in pajamas.) Little did I know this was the biggest mistake of my life because it turned into a 10 minute ordeal at the drive thru speaker with the drive thru attendant. The drive thru attendant had an employee on the walkie talkie who kept repeating the same nonsense about how I could change my pick up method in the app, which I proceeded to tell them and show the drive thru attendant about 10 times that I in fact couldn’t, and I’ve used the app enough to know what she was talking about but the only option I had was to click that I had picked up my order. Finally, I guess they believed me? After treating me like I was so stupid, and so I was about to pull forward in the drive thru when I heard another employee over the walkie talkie talking crap about me, and the situation… they made a snarky secretive comment. So finally I get to the window, they basically throw the food at me. I look in the bag and my large fry is barely filled.. and then the drive thru attendant at the window snarls “my pleasure.” What an interesting experience.. thanks for treating me like I’m stupid. I’m 27 years old and know how to work a cell phone, and the app, I couldn’t do what they wanted me to do and they acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. Then I got my barely filled fries, that were also cold because now it’s been almost 15 minutes of hassle. If you’re going to make snarky comments about a customer and use code words, make sure the customer has pulled away…

It's only been a few time where this place gets my order correctly.The menu is ridiculous, who ever designed it should be fired!The photos are all over the place and items do not make sense.Every time I have to bring my order back due to them putting cheese when asked not to or forgetting to add and item.When going through the drive through when it's busy, no one want's to wait another 10mins to return their food.I don't know how someone can wrap up a sandwich that is cold when it's supposed to be hot and send it through the line.How hands grab this cold sandwich and puts it in a bag for a customer saying have a good day.3-4 people I see handling this sandwich!They seem to be focused on speed rather then quality and consistency.People don't realize that they're putting their job at stake, this is why robots are taking over.I'm reluctant to make a post, but today was by far the worse. I ordered what I normally do.There was only 2 cars infront, so it was faster then usual.The coffee was lukewarm like it's been sitting over night.They forgot the hashbrowns, like always!This time I looked in the bag and caught the mistake, they put the hashbrowns in.Less then 5 mins to my destination I opened my food. Found that they forgot the bacon, the sandwich was cold and the hashbrowns were cold, also seemed like it was sitting overnight.I was hoping the food would get better the more times I tried, but it's a shame that things consistently got worse!They have too many people working at a time , you would think this would make everything more efficient and better quality. In actuality, it gives everyone few responsibilities and too many people to blame for when there is a mistake.I'm not to complain, but if I was the owner of this location I would be expected to be consistently loosing customers if it continues to operate like this. Definitely lost me as one.

I’ve always had great experiences at other locations but this location seems like they didn’t get the training other locations did. I had several bad experience about a year and half ago and said I would not be going to that location anymore. I decided to give them another chance today and of course they disappointed us yet again. Managers here just don’t care to make things right even though it’s their mistake or bad way of running their system. I wish their staff and especially their managers would go back and get the proper customer service training all other locations have had.

BEST CFA in El Paso, probably Texas and the Southwest. Everyday, I get some item for free and it makes going to CFA worth it every day! The staff is always very friendly. I have had many orders delivered, and it is rare that something is wrong. My biggest complaint is that when I order pickles x5 for my sandwich, they only give me about 6 pickles instead of 15 like I want ?? but other than that, no complaints! RECOMMEND THIS CFA FOR EVERYONE!
