The tall worker messed up the order twice. First time gave our order to another person. Second time out wrong food into the bowl. This guy had no personality and did not seem to want to be there. Screwing up the order did not sit well with my daughter as she is due in one week. First and last time I deal with this particular store.

terrible service during closing shift. workers (especially a blonde girl) made faces, gave attitude, and served you as if the portions were coming out of their paychecks with a terrible attitude. i would recommend any other chipotle location except for this one just because of the terrible service given here.

The person that helped me seemed pretty annoyed. Maybe as annoyed as I was after opening my bag and seeing how they prepped my food.
I work at this shopping center and most days I like to pick food up on my way home although I have a 30 minute commute. I will usually order my sour cream and salsa on the side to avoid my food from getting soggy. I was told today I would have to pay $1 for each side that does not get put into my bowl. I asked if I had gotten it in my bowl if I would be charged and she said no, only because I'm asking for it on the side that it would have to be charged extra. Every other location does not charge me since it's a free topping but apparently this location likes to upcharge customers.Sorry but I don't like to be taken advantage of and I will completely avoid this location now.

the girl who takes my order is super rude, when u ask for something she acts like its coming out of her check, and makes u feel stupid when you ask for anything and gives dirty looks, makes u super uncomfortable, matter of fact every girl whose taken my order has been rude, the guys are the only nice ones, get better employees with better attitude and hospitality
