I placed my order online on the domino app and used their coupon. I order 7 large boxes of pizza . I placed the order hours in advance because I needed them later. The place doesn't close till 12am. I called dominos after I placed my order in the app because the pick up time was incorrect, they fixed that for me . When it was time to pick up, I took a shuttle bus and when I arrived I had to wait a few minutes and got my pizza . They forgot my ranch dip and I have to remind them. When I got there my pizza was just done.
When you put a tip online, the delivery goes as normal; they drop the pizza and leave.If you don't put a tip online, they try to make you sign the receipt, with a spot for tip. They will complain if you don't put a tip, and then also don't fall for the high-pressure tip tactic.Do not subsidize the franchise owner's labor cost. They are required to ensure their employees receive at least minimum wage, even if they are tipped employee. If minimum wage isn't enough, fight for better, but don't subsidize employers' labor costs.

Placed an order on line, paid at the window. I was told there was a problem with the system and my order went through after I paid at the window. Had to wait an extra 10 mins in the sun for my order. I was offered some brownies for the inconvenience. First time this happened here. Only problem was a different crew member coming to the window. When I told her, or at least tried explaining to her what was going on, she rolled her eyes, turned around and closed the window behind her. I didn't even get a full sentence out.
