One of the absolute worst Dunkin's to go to! No one pays attention to the customers. I always get Starbucks but on occasion I try to give Dunkin a go and I always regret it. I placed a curbside pick up order through the app for one drink, confirmed I was already there, only to be sitting outside waiting for 10 mins. I go in, my drink is just sitting there watering down, as 5+ employees are standing around just talking. I saw several people go in and out while I waited, come out with the same frustration as me.

Manager refused to give her name, her general manager’s name, or corporate number, instead she gathered her employees and told them not to give any information either… she took them all behind the counter where they could hide and ignore us as we waited for answers..
I went to the store to pick up my purchase and they were having a conversation and asked for assistance and received attitude. I asked to speak to the manager on duty. She happened to be the manager on duty. I asked to speak to the general manager and not only did she refuse the information but she refused to give me her name. In front of my face she told the employees to refuse any information. I had to call another store to be given the name to the District Manager.

I drove through the drive in to order large tall ice coffee and donuts the lady gave me the donuts and a small coffee. I reminded her I had ordered a large tall ice coffee so what does she does get a tall container fills it up with ice and then pours the small coffee she was going to give me in the container then she give me a very sarcastic with my coffee. Really??? Nice people working there with attitudes ..!

Excellent service... after they messed up my. order. Went to order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and they didn't ask if I wanted it on a croissant or bagel or whatever. The menu picture shows a bagel so I thought that's what I'd get but apparently the default is a croissant, makes no sense.... Anyway, get my food, disappointed it's not on a bagel, and when I said something they did say they'd make me a new one the right way, but they were also nice enough to let me keep the other one they messed up so I gave it to my buddy who missed breakfast because he was at an appointment with his opthalmologist. Thanks guys! Yall made a mistake (which my buddy appreciated in the end) but corrected it (which I greatly appreciated)
