Great service, waitress very attentive, food delicious. Time of arrival 8 closes at 9pm. Did not feel unwelcome, was not rushed. Thank you, FDBBQ West staff. Overall bill 180 for 6. Well worth it.
We were just served by the rudest waitress and the worst thing is that shes the “manager or team leader”. In my whole life I have never been attended so badly. She never brought us forks and when my 70 year old grandma told her something about it she got up all in her face and we were just left in shock. Honestly I do not know how this business has been able to survive with such poor management! All the other workers are sweethearts.

Sitting in a booth for over 30 minutes waiting on my meal. When I asked our server what was the problem his answer was “the kitchen is a mess.” Absolutely not acceptable. Why is it a mess? Are they not staffed? Not enough cooks? We were not the only ones a couple across from us were also irate and frustrated. Come on! Management you need to do better.

I am a long-time fan of Famous Daves and have been to the originals in Minnesota and Wisconsin. This particular restaurant did not meet the expectations in terms of meat quality and portion size. I ordered the three meat combo with catfish fingers, chicken, and rib tips. The catfish fingers have shrunk probably 40% but tasted fine. The real problem was the rib tips which were basically inedible as they were full of fat and cartilage - see the pictures. The edible portions were skinny and tough and more resembled dried jerky meat. The chicken was small and overcooked - very dry. The atmosphere at this restaurant was great and well cared for.

Loaded potato soup is incomparable.... 3meat lunch should've been 3portions of fish....delicious. Was craving dessert but no room left.... even for ths Gordo.Was a bad news day... but left feeling like whatever transpired, the brief respite had me ready for all challenges.Kid-friendliness: Children not only tolerated well by other patrons, but staff interaction with the children was very well received by the kids and parents alike.Stretching out in the floor with coloring books and self entertaining with no disruptive behaviors.... Food was good. Very good. But their practice of adding to dishes in price is really bad. I paid an extra $3.50 for a side Cesar salad. A side. Numerous items under their 2 for $20Or 3 for $23 are extra dollar. The menu needs to be redone with a premium portion for both the Meats and sides. Yes they are on the menu but in small print for a side that's $3.50 come on a side.
