Came here on the advice of the hotel concierge and this place didn’t disappoint! Fries were cooked perfectly as was the burger. No real service to report on as their dining room wasn’t really operating (thanks Covid ??). I asked for a bunch of ketchup packets and literally got a bunch (15). It’s frustrating how many times I ask for that and get like three or four. D*** issue, I know, but important to me nonetheless. I paid less than $9 for my meal and was stuffed afterwards. The large fries is almost too much. Would 100% come here again!

After work and tired, I visited for the 1st time. Order to go,when I got home I was very surprised the portions were very generous. Other than the meat needing more seasoning, I was stuffed at theend.

I really love supporting local restaurants and I always hope for the best. This was unfortunately not good. The service was horrible. You could tell the cashier didn’t want to be there. Usually when I tell someone I am a first time customer they’re very helpful. I ordered 6 rolled tacos and only ate 3. The others were inedible. The meat seemed fried then fried again, making it taste weird and was super crunchy. The red sauce was ok, it seemed like they used canned rotel and I’m just not a fan of anything canned. The fries were ok. If they blanched them and froze them, they would be much better. They were super soggy. I really really wished I liked this place because of the location. Also, they had a bear show playing on the tv and it was really sad. I don’t want to be sad while waiting for my food. I’m so sorry Fat Bear if you’re reading this. I will try again soon and hopefully can update to 5 stars.

Today I had a huge craving for for some loaded fries or something along those lines and YELP suggested this place. I looked at the pics and great reviews-I tried it. They have a lot of food options and they all sound and look good. I ordered the carne asada fries with nacho cheese. (They give you the option for shredded cheese or nacho) I was expecting some good looking cheese thick creamy and I got what looked like watery cheese with some spice to it. The fries should be fried a little longer as I did ask them to go and when I got home they would fall apart easily. Granted they were good but I guess I was expecting better nacho cheese. Lol guess I was expecting the nacho cheese they usually put on school nachos lol.

Was so excited to try this place but was extremely let down. I ordered a torta and was expecting a great one. The meat was way overdone to the point it was a crispy hockey puck and way over salted. There was cheese but it was cold, stacked in the middle of the folded meat and not melted. The avocado or guacamole was brown like it had been sitting at the top of the pile they had prepared earlier in the day. I love tortas and was so happy for this place to be so close to my house. My friend had tacos which were flavorful but definitely not enough cheese. He was happy but unfortunately my meal was very very disappointing...

Attempted to go there on 3 different times and was closed when the sign literally says the restaurant should be open. Last time the sign clearly said closes at 9 pm and they were already closing at 7 pm. A lady said they were closing. ? Not going there again. I never came across a restaurant that is always closing every time I go early on a business day .Don cuco has my business for now. At least they follow the business hours.

This place have really good food.....the owner it's always cleaning and all the staff is nice and friendly.....my only complain would be that every time that I go and have dinner the owner greats me and ask me if I want to dine in or take out....and I do unswer dine in of course..... But I can't enjoy my food there because 15 mins after we start eating he starts picking chairs up and cleaning to close for the day.....Us for me I do choose to dine in because I do work in a hospital 12 he shift and I do not feel like going to lock my self up at my place.Since I'm having he option why not right.... Maybe he could tell us the clients...that his happy to take our order but at that time he only have take out service ?and not giving Us the option to eat there.Beside that like I said the food is great.

Best torta de colita de pavo I've had in El Paso hands down!!! End of comment! I was not expecting to see this on the menu. I will definitely be coming back for this is one my all time favorite things to eat on earth but they do have a good menu plenty of good looking burgers that look made from scratch.
This is probably my favorite place to eat in El Paso. I love getting the Tripitas Bear and the nacho fries. The workers are always really nice. It's good to order ahead because sometimes it may take a while

The fat bears burgers and tacos on mesa was a big disappointment. The tacos were warmed up in a microwave and the chili cheese fries did not have any cheese. The service was lousy. I wouldn't recommend that location to anyone.

Food looks delicious on the menu. Sadly, a guy was hanging around the front of the ordering counter waiting for his food while wearing his mask below his nose. After a few minutes and looking like it will be a few minutes more before the busy staff could get to me, I left so I wouldn't be close to half-masker.

Tried Fat Bear burgers today since I was around the area. Hours on Google maps are incorrect. They're open from 11am-8pm but it said noon.I got the Black Bear burger (bbq bacon onion rings) and the Panda Bear burger (teriyaki sauce, asadero cheese, grilled onions), large fries and a plain large hotdog and total came out to be around $25. Great value for amount of food. ?We ordered to go, but dine in was available and plentiful. I asked them to cut the burgers in half so we can share and they were accommodating. Service was nice and they made everything fresh so the order took about 15 mins. There are waiting chairs inside. ?Hubby and I both agreed that the teriyaki Panda Bear burger was really good, but the BBQ Black Bear one was a miss since the sauce wasn't up to par. It tasted like sweet and sour sauce vs a true BBQ sauce. The Panda Bear burger was also more meaty. The buns are still the issue for me as it was soft and thin and didn't hold up to the burgers well in my opinion. Oh well, the search continues. ??The hot dog was super long (like a Dodger dog) and we cut it in half for the kids to share. The fries were hand cut and still had skin on it. It was soggy and limp, but the kids seemed to like them. ??All in all, it's a great value for the food and the burgers are a little different than your normal place. I'd recommend it for people who like saucy burgers and like to embellish their burgers with extra ingredients since they have plenty of choices. ?
