Great atmosphere. Service was good but the food really disappointed. Steak was ordered medium. It was medium-well. Ordered Sirloin in order to taste an " Argentine" steak. Flavor was pleasant with a slight "gaminess." Both of us ordered the same. Cuts were inconsistent. Mine was thinner but riddled with connective tissue. Unpleasant. The other steak was overdone, as well but, was a thicker cut and more tender. Neither was 14 ounces, as advertised.

We celebrated a birthday dinner here on a Wednesday. This restaurant is very nice and intimate with elegant decor. It also has an upstairs. The dim lights and the atmosphere is soothing. I ordered the Bife de Chorizo 14oz with a side of brussel sprouts. My steak was so juicy and full of flavor. My brussel sprouts were very oily. And my friend ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and salmon. There was a server named Edgar that was friendly, efficient and knowledge. And unfortunately didn't end up our server. But the service was very slow and they were nicely staffed. We did have a party of 7. I wouldn't mind trying this restaurant again.

Very high-quality food. I had a steak in a wine sauce, along with some zucchini. And the flavor for the steak along with the zucchini was something that I had not yet experienced. Really a five star experience for me.

Food was ok. Presentation was not up to how nice the place is. Very Overpriced. From the Steak I tasted it would not justify a $68 Ribeye. The enpanada appetizer was cold inside. Argentinos are known for their enapnadas and if you can't even get that right, then we are in trouble. Ambiance was nice. Place is beautiful. Need to invest in a great Chef. Food needs to be better for a place like this.

Got to the restaurant, server or whomever looked at us with disdain when we asked for a table for two. Got seated and waited 15 minutes - no service, not even a water or drink. Terrible service and the older gentleman needs to sharpen his attitude. Would not recommend due to service.

We have been here many times over the years and the last few have not been good. Recently we dined here for lunch, and apart from us there were only two other people in the restaurant. Our food took almost an hour to arrive and i had ordered the 7 oz arracherra medium which arrived totally overdone almost charred all the way through. Didn't send it back because this was a business lunch and i did not have time to wait for them to redo it. The other two diners with me also had a poor experience. One ordered the Palm salad and it was just fair and one ordered the 7oz filet which was butterflied for some reason, it was ordered medium and arrive also well done. You would think with so little work to do in the kitchen the cook would know how to cook the meat to proper temp. It seems to me management and kitchen staff doesn't really care about the customers. I paid the bill which came close to $200. Unfortunately for Garufa they will never see me there again.

We were so excited to finally dine here since the last time we tried they were closed. Fast forward to today, again, visiting family for the holidays. Our server was great and even new to the restaurant. The food was just meh. We ordered empanadas. Spinach and Carne. Carne was cold and had an olive pit in it, spinach was good. Wanted the prime rib but unfortunately they didn't have any so I went with the rib eye. No big deal, also ordered a side of Brussels and a glass of Malbec. Husband had a glass of wine, a filet that came with potatoes and a red wine reduction. Both of our steaks were just bland and lacked any sort of flavor profile what so ever but cooked perfectly. The wine sauce in his dish was super sweet, which didn't make sense, potatoes old. My side of Brussel sprouts again no seasoning and my steak came with a side of perfectly grilled onion, minus the onions skin which was also in it. Brussel sprouts were grilled in what tasted only like sesame oil and super oily.

It was my husband’s 60th birthday and wanted to take him to an upscale place. The atmosphere is beautiful, white table cloths and cozy. They started us off with fresh bread and 3 different kinds of dipping sauces (delicious) and unique. I had the Arrachera steak (very tender) my husband had the ribeye (both perfectly cooked) he also ordered the mushrooms and we had baked potatoes. Our appetizer was very unique as well, Spanish sausage sautéed with red bell peppers and onions. I ordered the moscato with my meal. We ended with an amazing dessert apple and raisin strudel. Our waitress was Jennifer and she was really great. Excellent customer service, very friendly. Great place for any special occasion. Thank you for the experience.
