Food is good everytime we go and the place is clean. Service is low only because you get one glass of water unless you can get their attention or remember to ask for water. Very nice just does not check on you often or stay long enough to ask for everything you need.

My husband and I went there yesterday afternoon. We were the only ones in the restaurant until we were getting ready to leave. Which probably should have been a sign. My husband ordered the butter chicken and it tasted good. I ordered the mixed grill and it was horrible. All of the meat was extremely dry. I called the waiter over to let him know and asked if I could get something else. He proceeded to tell me that the food was supposed to be dry because those dishes didn't come with sauce. I told him that my issue wasn't with the fact that there was no sauce. The problem was the food was overcooked and some pieces were burnt and the food was not edible. He still kept arguing with me saying that's the way it's supposed to be. Either he couldn't figure out the difference between dry meat and no sauce or he was trying to defend their dry, inedible food. He refused to take it off our bill even though I did not eat 90% of it. I ended up ordering one of the other dishes with sauce, just to have something to eat.

Went the other day and food was average, I've had much better Indian but it wasn't bad.Service missed the mark, however. The place was dead, and they had 3 employees working (literally standing there watching over the 4 tables), yet we had to ask for plates, silverware, more water, napkins. Two of the employees were dressed like they just woke up and were in their lounge wear. The table ordered drinks, soda was just put on the table on the can. The first Lassi came in around 5 mins, while the second one for a different person came nearly 10 mins.Other than taking the order, I don't think any of the waiters even spoke a word to us, asked if we needed anything else or anything.Towards the end, one of the employees just turned on the TV in the restaurant and started watching YouTube videos on it.With service like that, i can see why it's dead. Honestly, this place has potential... just need to work on the attentiveness and friendly service.

Had to wait over an hour for an order that said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Food is ok. There’s a better option down the street.

They served cockroach tikka masala, and they didn’t even care at all, worst customer service ever, I highly recommend this place to avoid, if you want to visit this restaurant because of the reviews they’re fake. Be aware!

Be careful with the prices. At the end of my meal the waiter never gave me a bill he just told me the total and had me pay. I asked for the receipt and found out the pricing was wrong and my tea didn't come with my dinner like it said on the menu. I asked about the mistakes and was told that the menu he gave us was the old menu and never informed us of the change in prices.

Great food & great service while on our visit from Austin. I always get gulab jamun for dessert but this time I tried Rasmalai. It tastes like roses in your mouth. Literally. So worth the drive from Far East to West El Paso.
