Terrible experience, my nephew and I went to this location yesterday 03/10/2024 around 8:30 and the door was closed and I called the lady to open the door and I was told that the lobby was closed because they were short handed so I called the manager and I beg the manager to let us in and she told me the same thing even though it was before 9:00 pm. And as much as I like the food in this place I promised myself never go back .Exactly the same problem happened at the location on Montana and Chelsea the same evening .

If I could give this Jack in the box 0 stars I would. I love coming here but I was with my friend while she was being mistreated by this child.Just by the way he was acting I will never come again. No reason to be acting this way. This man should be fired from how he treats customers.

I give this Jack-in-the-Box a zero rating I would like to speak to HR about this young gentleman that disrespected Jack-in-the-Box the fact that he told me to pull up to the main entrance to pick up my order and he had me wait an additional 25 minutes after I was irritated, and I told him that you told me to pull up in the entrance after I pulled up in drive-through, this is not how you treat guest Jack-in-the-Box. I will never return it. I will be reposting this on every social media that I have.
Went this morning and ordered food the food was excellent but after getting to our destination my wife noticed a second charge three to 4 hours later .. they didn’t give the debit card back and charged another $32 dollars on her card smh deception and theft we are actively filing charges shame on whoever this employee.

Terrible attention from the cashier, it seems that she was very angry and with very bad manners, the burger was lukewarm, the meat was cold, the potatoes were good..
My husband just brought back food from this location and My burger was cold and the meat was hard and the fries were cold and tasted like they were just sitting there
