Ordered online. Walked in about 20 minutes after ordering. 5 people standing around and haven't started on my order. Can I get my tip back?I just edited my review after coming back home. I will never go back! My food fell all out after I opened it. Looked like they took it out of yesterday's locker to pack in a riped up back. The food seals on the bag were broken. I'm afraid to eat my sandwich now

The last 2 purchases, including yesterday 8/30, have not been good. The cheese used for the cheesesteak makes the sandwich very mushy & the texture is slimy. yesterday‘s tuna had way tooooooo much Mayo. I couldn’t eat it.Why does that happen? Restaurants start off great for a year or 2, if that, then begin to slack it. It’s disappointing when they are one of your faves ?

This place is filthy and one of the staff members handled a dirty cleaning rag while wearing the same glove that he used to prepare my sandwich. I better not get sick. This location at The Fountains is really gross.

The team at Jersey Mike's impressed me alot on August 23. I was in there around noon they were the most people focused group I had seen. They were attentive and walked you through the menu, asking me if it was my first time. They told me what made it a Jersey Mike's sub and told me some of their favorites. All that being what you would want an expect from a restraunt its what they did next that made them heroes. A homeless man came in I was in line and he asked me if I could buy him food. Usually im leary with men who ask for money alot of the time its for an addiction, however a hungry person needs help of course i bought him a meal. The team noticed what was going on and were very quick to offer to get them man food i said no I got it. When I went to pay they discounted the food due to their kindness. They treated that man with complete respect he dis not cause any trouble but his appearance was a little startling they stayed professional the entire time he went and thanked alk the staff and so did we Im blown away. If this is the atmosphere of Jersey Mike's someone is instilling in the team a sense of ownership and pride that you dont see these days they are amazing. Keep up the good work guys everyone sees the fireman saving people in an amazing fashion but those that change the world do it one person at a time in the not so flamboyant way you guys are the real heroes. My family and I stopped by this location for dinner with a little more than an hour before closing. My family was deciding what they wanted and I have them my order. Then I asked the person who was going to take our order if I could use the restroom as there were two stools blocking them. She informed me that they were closed because they were just mopped. We placed our order then a few minutes later we were informed that some of the items for the sandwiches we ordered weren't available. This same person seemed to be irritated that she had to assist us. I asked her for the manager's name and she said she was the manager so I asked for her name which she said was Ashley. I've frequented this location multiple times and they anyways seem to be out of something essential to the sandwiches that are ordered. We left and went to another location where we were greeted courteously and were able to use their mopped restrooms. We won't be returning to this location.
