A fantastic little spot with great staff and delicious food! The gyoza had a beautiful crisp and flavor, the pork buns were just right, and the ramen super savory. I tried the Hot Babe on heat level 2 and it was just right. The Thicc Boy had a ton of food and if you run out of noodles (and actually have stomach room for more) you can order an extra portion of noodles to help finish off the broth. We really enjoyed the weather out on the small patio porch. Note: the bank across the street is dead serious about towing. About 3 different folks had to rush over to stop the tow truck while we were eating so be sure to watch where you park!!

I love coming here. Food and atmosphere are amazing. However, being informed by my fiancé after we left that the waitress was winking at him was not a great way to end the night.

This was my first time trying a Ramen shop and I was pleasantly surprised. Food was good and plentiful and the service was awesome!Parking is a bit limited, so you might have to park further away and walk. DEFINITELY do not park in the bank parking lot across the street. We saw two cars nearly get towed in the hour or so we were there eating.

The food here is beautifully plated and was delicious! I went Tuesday morning so the wait wasn’t too long. Our waitress that morning was kind and attentive and made sure we had everything that we needed. She recommended the Tonkotsu ramen and the pork gyozas and they were both terrific! I recommend trying their Mochi of the moment! Kaitlyn is truly the best.Parking: Be sure to park at the restaurant parking, and not across the street next to the bank. A company named Extreme Towing will tow your car, or put a boot on. A guy drives around and the bank uses their cameras to catch people using their parking. They will not let your car go unless you pay $100. Disabled parking or not they will take it.

The food was delicious. Not many options on beverages. The place is very small and compacted. I had to walk sideways to leave my seat.Parking: There isn't many parking spaces in front of building.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get access to the front entrance.

I love going here to eat since the food is amazing. Servers tend to be attentive. Wish parking was better but there's nothing we can do about it. If they were more child friendly I'd rate higher.Kid-friendliness: They don't have high chairs for younger children or changing stations.

**5 Stars: A Symphony of Flavors and Stellar Service at Kaedama**From the moment we stepped into Kaedama, we were greeted by an ambiance that promised a delightful dining experience. The star of the show was undoubtedly the **Tonkatsu Noodles** - each slurp was a harmonious blend of rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles, a true testament to the chef's prowess. The **Vegetarian Gyozas** were a revelation, with their delicate wrappers encasing a flavorful mix of vegetables, proving that meat-free options need not be an afterthought. The **Hot Snacks Miso Ginger with Chopped Cashu** added a zesty kick to our meal, while the **Spicy Edamame** provided a fiery contrast that was both addictive and satisfying. But what truly set Kaedama apart was the service. Our waitress was the epitome of professionalism and warmth, making us feel like honored guests rather than customers. The staff moved with a seamless efficiency that only added to the relaxed atmosphere. In summary, Kaedama is a gem that shines bright in El Paso's culinary scene. Whether you're a noodle aficionado or just in search of a meal that will leave a lasting impression, Kaedama is the place to be.Parking: Metered parking during the week. Weekends free.Wheelchair accessibility: Limited space to move around

Thank you to the best staff.I ordered miso spicy. The taste was clear and delicious? However, the noodles were too soft for Japanese people. When I ordered the extra hard noodles, he tried his best to make the hard noodles and the noodles were very delicious. We recommend that you request ``hard'' when ordering.

it's a nice out of way place, it's small but adds to the vibe. the food, I got the tonkotsu with nori and it way perfect the flavors mixed well and while they were distinct the flavor they had was just enough to taste nothing was overpowering any other ingredient. the service was great they were patient with me even when I asked to repeat the choices 3 times over.

They don't have sushi burritos anymore, don't listen to these liars saying they had them.Came here at 6 and had to wait til 7:40 to get our food. They prioritize outside orders first. Inside is crowded with loud Mexicans.Food is good but not worth the wasted evening when there are other Ramen places down mesa.

Everything was way too salty. Are you making real broth or are you using the msg infused stock broth. Great service staff, quick cooks, but your recipe is either lazy or you don't care. All the food tasted like salt!!!!I can tell you used to care because the eggs are perfectly soft boiled then put into a cold bath. That's not a complete compliment because when the eggs were put into my bowl, the eggs were cold and the soup was hot, but the eggs made my soup luke warm
