Food is great and authentic. I've been there many times. Family run business. No frills, just great food.

Nothing too amazing about it. It's good food. They do have a small kids menu. Nuggets with fries is what we got for kids. The food did come fast when we ordered it. The normal tea I got I didn't like it. Menus are sticky and tables too. Nothing too bad to say and just normal tasting food. Overall it's okay.

I don’t know when this place was established but I’ve known about this place for at least 15 years. Each time I come back to El Paso I come here at least once and tell people how great the food is. The food is and has always been amazing. It is my favorite Korean BBQ spot hands down. The food served is fresh and hot because when it comes to you, you can hear it sizzling and get all that wonderful aroma! Kalbi Ribs is my favorite, the meat is tender and seasoned very well. I also love their Sundubu Soup (Spicy Tofu Soup), very very good! The service is great. The lady cashier that used to be still always remembered me but this time she was not here. She’s retired good for her! That’s how long I’ve known this place to exist. Some people say that the area where this is looks sketchy but I’ve never not felt safe. It looks like they’ve changed the floors to make the restaurant look brighter but they need a little more decor. But I guess it’s working for them. But if you’re here for the food not the ambiance you’re good to go!I really love this place. They received four stars because even though food and service is a five the portions are not as much as before. But I understand, inflation! Some of the side items they don’t serve anymore because it’s “expensive” per the server (maybe owner?). Also I noticed that they didn’t serve the side items before the meal instead served it with the meal.Either way I still recommend this Korean BBQ 100 percent!

Bad customer service, food wasn't worth the price, don't think I'll be back again.

Good Korean place. The staff can do better at pretending like they don’t wanna jump me if I come in an hr before they close but over all food is pretty

This is my opinion, but the food is not tasty, it is very expensive and the meat is very tough. And they treat you very unkindly.

How this location is still open baffles me. The atmosphere is so tense and unwelcoming. The server was incredibly rude, made us feel like she was doing us a favor by serving us. The place was empty which should have given us the red flag to run out immediately. Food took forever to come out, even though they were empty. Ordered the Bul Gogi and BarB Q Chicken. Chicken was raw and the Bul Gogi was drryyyyyy as the Sahara. Absolutely disgusting, when I told the server she started yelling at us as if we were wrong. Oh no Ms. Mam. Please don't waste your time or money on this. Go anywhere BUT HERE.

Lazy Korean couple. The chicken noodles portion was very small, and most of the noodles portion was white rice. The service was extremely worse, and she even took credit card charges. When I asked her to give me more small dishes, she said no, even though we ordered a lot of food.

Food was dry and tough, definitely overcooked the beef. No options for half orders. I don’t mind spending good money on good food, but I felt a bit of buyers remorse after eating here. Overpriced for the quality in my opinion. The chow mein was okay.

I really don't understand how this place received more than 1 star. How? Waitress was very rude. I ordered the short ribs and it was overcooked, well some pieces were burnt not all. The little dishes were not bad, I don't remember what it's called but it smelled spoiled, I didn't eat it.

Small family hole in wall type w corresponding atmosphere. Clean. The dishes are old school perfect! Authentic Korean. A rare gem. My favorite is kim cheese pancakes which turns the jimchee into mellow sweet vegetable in pancake.

In my experience, this Korean restaurant stands out as the priciest in town, yet disappoints with notably small portions and subpar service. While I can't verify it, as I was walking out, there's speculation that the little appetizer dishes are recycled – leftovers being added back to the pile. Overall, my impression was far from favorable. For a more satisfying Korean dining experience, I'd recommend Cafe Korea, conveniently located just across the street!

Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. This place isn't what it used to be back in the day. The taste is different, price is high for mediocre food. No wonder they are not busy as they used to be. The other place up the street is better.
