The food is good BUT prices have gone up and portions are smaller compared to when they opened. Deserts are good but need their pricing revised a bit for what you get.

The breakfast is so so bland and limited. Nothing French about it.I go there for the atmosphere. The lunch is much better.I go there about 2 times a month. Once again for the atmosphere. Not their breakfast.

Called in an order and got the wrong order with correct name on it. Had order redone and still got the wrong sandwich had to have it redone. First time having trouble there. Manager was no help and had an attitude. Always get our order from the fountain location and he swore we called either Eastside or Westside wanted me to go there. I just had them remake it and still was wrong. Make sure of the order before leaving.

I used to eat at this chain in Fort Worth 20 years ago. The food was authentic and fresh. Now, it is pretty much like a frozen dinner-- ordinary. The atmosphere is lovely French country, so for meeting friends for coffee and dessert, it would be nice.

Having Breakfast, and unfortunately cappuccino was forgotten. No customer only us and they forgot our cappuccino. All they can say is it coming after we went and asked twice. We are visiting from Orlando, won’t be coming again to this one.
